Happy Thanksgiving! 🦃🌻

We’re extra thankful this season. As we have mentioned our staff have been rockstars for us and we wanted to give a special shout-out to this lovely lady here. She does it all. From dog walking to bag piping and anything in between, Victoria is the best at everything she does. She has left big shoes to fill as our very first employee.

WE DID IT! Cam’s Coastal Catering is officially 1 year old !! 🎊

It has been a wild first year. We are overwhelmed and immensely grateful for the amount of support and enthusiasm we have received throughout our first 365 days.

Thank you to our clients who have trusted us with their special events, our staff who absolutely killed it time and time again and our family and friends who helped keep our little bean entertained and happy all summer long. We most certainly couldn’t have done it without each and every one of you.

We are so excited for our adventure to continue and are looking forward to the possibilities and opportunities the future is sure to bring.

Our favourite salad from this fall, compliments of our friends for all their fantastic melons.

Asian Melon Salad - Orange, yellow & red watermelon, charentais cantaloupe, pickled kohlrabi, radish, and cucumber dressed in a sesame-cilantro vinaigrette. Crisp, bright, and tangy, while being both sweet and refreshing.

Do you find clams sandy when you’re snacking?

That’s because clams are filter feeders that live under the sand. Hanging clams in sea water for at least 24 hours allows them to purge the sand they consumed before being dug. The result? Delicious grit free clams enjoyed best with garlic butter or white vinegar 🤤
