Since the Canadian Combo we have been working on many ideas for upcoming events!
Here is what we have come up with!
If you or someone you may know is interested in participating please comment on which event you would like to be in and as interest comes in I will confirm more details.
If there is an event that you would like to see happen, please comment on the main post and I will reach out to you!
Please remember any events that state “Bombtastic Events By Trista presents” I am the only one that will be sending out any details in regards to events, there will not be any secondary contacts for events. If you are contacted by anyone else for any event of mine please report it and let me know immediately and I will report and block that person.

Looking for volunteers for The Canadian Combo event.
I will sign for any school hours needed
Hours of the event that volunteers would be needed (you can choose the day and times that you are available, any help is greatly appreciated)
Friday- 1pm to 8pm (1-3 vendor set up, 3pm to 7pm event, 7-8 vendor clean up)
Saturday- 10am to 8pm (10-11 vendor set up, 11-7 event, 7-8 clean up, will need volunteers for some of the activities during the day)
Sunday - 10 am to 5pm ( 10-11 vendor set up, 11-3 event, 3-5 vendor clean up, will need volunteers to help watch the ice cream eating contest)

9 days! We are down to the single digits now to our first Canadian Combo- BBQ and Food Truck it's going to be a great weekend with lots going on the whole weekend! Only $5 to get in, if you're under 12 it's free 😉😉 there will be face painting and live music and dancing, and food contests and relay races! Its fun for the whole family! Don't forget there will be lots of vendors to shop from!

So after doing some thinking I have changed the flyer to accommodate the event more properly I do apologize to anyone if this does cause any issues.
But here is the updated flyer.
It is now Canadian Combo BBQ and Food Trucks.
And the entrance admission is only $5. All posts that have been made will be changed and if there is anyone who has posted flyers in other locations for me who would like the updated flyer printed to replace the others please reach out to me.
Again I do apologize for the past false advertisement but as we had hope to have alcohol at the event but due to difficulty with alcohol licensing it was only best.

Spaces for Sunday
(Full for Sengence, Fifth Avenue, Pampered Chef)
$45 a day or $130 for the weekend (inside vendors)
There is room for outside Food trucks/Food vendors
$50 a day or $145 for the weekend.

Come on out to the Madoc arena this month on May 31st to June 2nd for Bombtastic Events By Trista first ever Canadian Combo.
We have had some changes to the plans for the event so unfortunately we will not be having any booze at the event due to difficulty with licensing and regulations in regards to alcohol, but there will be lots for the whole family to do over the weekend!
Karaoke Friday Night from 4pm to 5pm, Live music/Talents from 11:30 to 3pm, Food contests 3pm to 4pm and Relay Race 4pm to 6:30pm on Saturday, LIve Entertainment 12pm to 2pm on Sunday.
First 100 people on Saturday receive a grab bag!!
There will be face painting, Food trucks, Lots of vendors, Kids activities and so much more.
Friday 3pm to 7pm
Saturday 11am to 7pm
Sunday 11am to 3pm
