WOW... the 2024 festival weekend was one for the books! We want to send out our thanks for the unbelievable support we received from everyone over the weekend; the many volunteers, the sponsors/supporters, the incredible bands... and of course all of the attendees! We are so excited to see the pictures we have seen posted so far, please tag us on Facebook or Instagram in any photos or videos you post, we would love to see them all! Next stop... Today is the day, Whitemud Music Festival 2024 is here! The music starts tonight at 7:00, and the gates to the venue will open at 6:00. We are excited to see SO many campers here already, but don't worry there is still lots of room for everyone headed out today. Please remember to bring cash with you, as well as a lawn chair if you want to sit down. We can't wait to see everyone here and party in the park with you all! 🥳

We would like to showcase all of the bands that we haven't had the pleasure of formally introducing so far. There is going to be so much fun & talent on stage this year! 🎸

There's only a few days left to go until festival time! We just want to ask everyone to please bring cash with you if you wish to make any beer, liquor, merchandise, 50/50, etc. purchases, and also to bring your lawn chairs if you want to sit down.
There is free, unserviced, rush camping for all attendees with lots of space available in the park. We are also excited to have 3 food trucks joining us this year; Los Bros 🌮, Flippin' Dawgs 🌭and Mouth Watering Mini Donuts 🍩!

Once again headlining Friday evening is our favourite band from Puerto Vallarta, Mexico... The B34ST! Powerful energy, passion and entertainment characterise this band and we can't wait to have them absolutely rock our party in the park again! They have completed multiple Canadian tours and are here again this summer with shows all across Canada. The B34ST leaves their soul on stage HERE AND NOW!

Annabella Proper is kicking off our Saturday lineup at noon—a must-see band featuring a local musician!

The term Annabella Proper refers to a way of life. In essence, it means “doing it right on the wrong side of town”, where neighbours look out for each other regardless of different backgrounds and opinions.

Annabella Proper is a magical combination of Vince Andrushko, Patrick Boggs, Jed Desilets, Marcel Desilets and former Arden area resident, Rob Waddell! AP formed in the basement of a warehouse at the corner of Annabella and Higgins in Winnipeg’s gritty and vibrant Point Douglas industrial park. After four years of writing and jamming they have formed a formidable and playful musical style that is tough to pin down. With backgrounds in blues, southern rock, folk, bluegrass, Canadian Indie and good old foot stomping swamp rock, they will get you moving!

Saturday afternoon at 3:30, catch some classic and toe-tapping tunes from Roulette - musician/band!

Roulette covers classic rock and country music, along with some originals of their own. They were formed in 2014 and based out of Amaranth/Sandy Bay First Nation, with band members from Winnipeg, Portage, Langruth, and Erickson/Rolling River First Nation areas. These band members include Shaun T Roulette on vocals/lead guitar, Stanford Red Roulette on drums, Jules Roulette on bass, Patrick Roulette on percussion/piano/synthesizer guitar, and Dean McKay on rhythm guitar/lead vocals.

Dance it up or sit back and enjoy some great music with Roulette! 🤘

Kicking off the first of three bands Friday evening is none other than some awesome young local talent, Ranke!

Ranke is a hard rock band formed in early 2023 that includes members Jeremiah Gregorash (guitarist), Matthew Mitchler (drummer), and Josh Tait (bassist/vocalist). Ranke performs covers of early 80's rock songs as well as some fast paced originals.

We can't wait for Ranke to start off the festival with a bang. 🎸🤘

🚨LINEUP ANNOUNCEMENT🚨

Check out the stellar bands that will be performing August 23-24, 2024 at the 2nd Annual Whitemud Music Festival. Performances will kick off Friday from 7:00 PM -1:00 AM, and keep on rockin' into Saturday from 12:00 noon - 1:00 AM.

Less than 24 hours to go until festival time! We just want to remind everyone to please bring cash with you if you wish to make any beer, liquor, merchandise, etc. purchases, and also to bring your lawn chairs if you want to sit down.

There is free, unserviced, rush camping available for all attendees with lots of space available in the park. Also, the shuttle busses will be leaving the Neepawa Curling Rink at 6:30 and 7:30 PM Friday evening and 11:30 AM, 2:30 and 5:30 PM on Saturday.

Good news! A shuttle bus will be departing from the Neepawa Curling Rink for the festival at 6:30 and 7:30 PM Friday evening, with the bus to return at the end of the night. On Saturday the bus will be departing the Neepawa Curling Rink at 11:30 AM, 2:30 PM and 5:30 PM for the festival, with the bus returning after the last performance. The cost will be $10 each way.

We also want to let everyone know to please bring your lawn chairs with you if you plan to sit down. Additionally, please bring cash with you if you wish to purchase any drinks or merchandise. Thanks everyone, we can't wait to see you there! 🎸
