Todays’s Vibe Up post is a bit different. We will be raising our vibration using The Luminous Aura Ritual!!

This ritual is designed to cleanse, uplift, and expand your energy field, allowing you to resonate at a higher frequency. It combines elemental energy, color magic, and sound vibration for a powerful energetic reset.

What You’ll Need:
• A white or violet candle (for spiritual elevation)
• A clear quartz or selenite crystal (to amplify energy)
• A small bowl of purified (distilled or spring) water (to absorb and cleanse low vibrations)
• Lavender or frankincense essential oil (for high-frequency energy)
• A tuning fork, singing bowl, bell or chime (for sound frequency alignment)
• Dried herbs: rosemary (for cleansing) and chamomile (for peace)
• A mirror (to reflect and amplify your aura)

Step 1: Cleanse & Prepare Your Space
1. Light the candle and set your intention:
“I release all that weighs me down. I rise into my highest vibration.”
2. Sprinkle rosemary and chamomile into the bowl of water.
3. Anoint your forehead and wrists with a drop of essential oil.

Step 2: Energy Activation & Aura Expansion
1. Hold the crystal in your dominant hand. Close your eyes and take deep breaths.
2. Gaze into the candle flame and visualize it growing larger, enveloping you in a glowing aura of light.
3. Dip your fingers into the bowl of herb-infused water and lightly touch your third eye, heart, and palms, saying:
“I am clear, I am light, I am vibrating at my highest frequency.”

Step 3: Sound & Frequency Alignment
1. Use a tuning fork, singing bowl, bell or chime to create sound vibrations around your body. If you don’t have one, chant “OM” or “AH” in a deep, resonant tone.
2. Imagine the sound waves dissolving all stagnant energy.

Step 4: Mirror Reflection & Sealing the Energy
1. Look into the mirror and smile at yourself, recognizing your divine essence.
2. Say:
“I see my true self, radiant and aligned. My energy shines brightly, expanding into the universe.”
3. Hold your crystal over your heart and take a few more deep breaths.

Step 5: Close the Ritual & Ground
1. S***f out the candle (don’t blow it out) and pour the water outside to return the energy to the earth.
2. Carry the crystal with you as a reminder of your elevated state.
You will feel lighter, more aligned, and vibrationally attuned after this ritual. Do this regularly to maintain a high frequency.

Want to vibe up even more?? Try adding a personalized mantra or affirmation such as one of these:
“I am light, I am free,
Vibrating high, aligned in me.
All that is heavy now fades away,
I rise in love, in light, in play.
The universe flows, I trust, I receive,
Abundance, joy—I now believe.”

Or,

“My energy is clear, radiant, and strong. I align with the highest vibrations of love, abundance, and peace. I am a magnet for positivity, and my frequency uplifts all that surrounds me.”

You can repeat these while ringing your bell, gazing into the candle, or after using your sound tool.

I gifted myself this sweet daily calendar and I am absolutely loving it!!

I thought today’s was such a great thing to do with the whole family - just wait till it warms up a bit though 😏. I just wish our neighbours were close enough to see them!

Needed: Snow • Sticks, carrots, hats, and scarves

In London, February 4 was celebrated as King Frost Day from the fourteenth to the nineteenth centuries-a period known as the Little Ice Age.

If you live in a house and your yard has snowfall, why not take advantage of the snow to create harmony with your neighbors? Build snowmen around your yard, facing each of your neighbors homes. As you build them, say:
Friends and neighbors, neighbors and friends, harmony and community that never ends.

Adorn your snowmen with carrot noses, scarves, and hats, with the sticks for arms-feel free to position them in a jaunty wave to the neighbors!

February 1st! A brand new month!! You know what that means?!?!

It is time again for your Cinnamon Abundance Ritual!!! What the heck is that?!? I found this great little article that explains it!

‘Cinnamon has been famous since ancient times for attracting prosperity and abundance.

On the first day of every month, you must blow the cinnamon so as to pull prosperity into your house.

Here’s how to do this ritual:

1- On the first day of the month, put cinnamon powder in the palm of your right hand and go to the door of your house.
2 – Before blowing the powder, repeat with faith: “When this cinnamon blows, prosperity here will enter. When this cinnamon blows, abundance will come to stay. When this cinnamon blows, abundance here will live!”
3- Blow the cinnamon from the outside to the inside of your house, thinking that abundance and success will enter your house together with the powder.
4- Leave the cinnamon powder on the floor after blowing for at least 24 hours (until the 1st of the month is over). Then you can clean it.

Remember to keep the vibration high with positive thoughts, because then the results will come for sure!

Other ways to use cinnamon to attract abundance:
– Take a salt bath with a bit of cinnamon
– Burn cinnamon incense at home
– Put a cinnamon stick in your pocket or handbag
– Put cinnamon powder in your coffee or tea’
