Four days into this beautiful month of September with so many new seasonal flowers arriving and yet on the road this morning was the delightful soft rays of summer amidst our creations still with us. Thinking of all our elves little and big as they find their classrooms and get to know their new teachers for this coming year. You are all bright shining stars. We can’t believe we are in the last week of august and so wanting to make the most of every moment around our flower garden this week. Wednesday and Thursday are “happy flower hour” and can’t wait to share continued summer blooms with a wee touch of fall in the mix. We have a wedding weekend ahead too full of summer flowers so we are pretty inspired and plan to embrace this week in our usual westgate flower garden style.However believe it or not we also have our Christmas 2024 theme all in our heads and hearts here but revealing this won’t happen until November after Rememberance day. We are excited to bring our vision alive at that time. Always something going on around our flower

It’s hard to believe it’s almost a whole week since the busiest wedding weekend of August so far. However we are still creating for our bridal couples and this weekend is
No different except that they are all pick ups which is always such a special
moment for us as we have the opportunity to personally hand out our flower magic. It’s truly one of a kind week as believe it or not the boss lady is in twin mode as her twin brother has just arrived onto Canadian soil

What a special day amidst our busyness and happy flower hour. We also had the joy of having two of our darling elves helping us.They truly were amazing and did everything from sweeping out our walk in cooler, stripping roses, preparing for happy hour, sharing a sushi lunch with us, using the till, learning how to create tiny bouquets, helping our customers at the cash register and even creating their own flower cake to celebrate one of their birthdays. What a magnificant day. We will be holding our happy hour again next Wednesday and Thursday 2.00-4.00 pm so watch out for the reminder again next week. And a big thank you to todays darling elves for being so wonderful xox 💜😇🌻🦜🙏🌼🤩🌸🌈☀️🌺💕💜🌻

Our community is so so blessed to have such a great selection of wedding venues to choose from. This venue was and is definately a big favourite. Their farm was totally transformed to celebrate the beginning of a special couples wedding weekend and we were honoured to have on board for us to choose those special blooms for such a special bridal couple. Saturday was a big day I personally entered into it both excited and nervous as this wedding with such a darling bridal couple at a magical venue had some detailed requests that were a true first for me. I still have tears at how it all managed to come together even greater than i had imagined. When completed it felt truly magical. I’m so grateful to keep on experiencing new opportunities as that’s how we keep on growing to be the best we can be. Bringing each bridal vision alive is such a special moment for artists, an opportunity I will never take lightly. 🙏🙏We give thanks for the special ladies for being so top notch. I can personally never ever take for granted when our phone rings or our door opens . Being here in our corner of our community ready at moments notice to give of our best is what will always keep my heart full. I also give so much gratitude and appreciation and respect to our dear friends at they are always ready to make our lives easier in moments when there are tight timelines. Thank you Nathan, Nolan and Nick for taking our flowers all the way down Vancouver these past few days. Truly golden you are. In a time of great grief for families knowing they can count on businesses in town to join together to make everything easier for them is a true gift this community holds strong in. May working together with strong business ethics as well as all the love we pour out from our hearts help to bring a true peace amidst the loss of a loved one. And a big thank you to our Lillian for working into the late hours with me last night to make sure everything was and is perfection. Blessed is the word my heart is filled with this new day and. We have just moved into the busiest wedding weekend of August and there will not be even one wedding that is the same colour. Was so lovely to meet and greet lovely Shirley where we ordered the best of the best locally grown blooms for one of our darling bridal couples. So honoured to bring this awesome wedding vision alive with such fun well grown and harvested flowers . Can’t wait to see it all come together. We are soo excited this new day to bring on our “Happy Flower Hour” 2.00-3.00 pm. We introduce you to who has made some amazing treats for us along with for their delicious tea and edible flowers. It’s this special time where the community has the opportunity to stop in choose your own flowers and then come into our little workshop area and create your very own bouquet. The good news is you get to purchase your creation with 50 percent off so it’s a really great deal. Looking forward to seeing everyone later. And up up up our flowers went to the very top at Grouse mountain. Spectacular all the way. We were honoured to bring together our flowers for a special bride and groom this weekend. Congratulations dear Tyler snd Jessica of Humble Roots Cafe & Deli We loved how they used all local businesses. Last weekend we had an overflowing flower garden of beautiful flowers for such a special bridal couple working alongside one of our favourite decor companies . Today we have yet another overflowing cooler, about to take the adventure to with 16 centrepieces along with all the floral extras for yet another darling bridal couple. Not sure how many trips up on the gondola we will need but sure grateful to have my number one supporter alongside me. Thank you as always to my Nigel and this flower team for helping to make everything come together. We are almost ready with finishing touches complete on this beautiful Friday morning and our flower garden will be also open to look after our dear community and beyond . 💜😇🌺💕🌸⭐️💍💫💜

As we reflect on BC day and our girls birthday we give mighty thanks to our friends for the amazing cake they so artistically created along with our friends from for supplying the many edible flowers we used on the cake, in our drinks and literally ate!! I could never express enough gratitude for the great job . You made our Selena’s birthday extra special. And extra fun. Plus the cake was absolutely delicious inside . We will be gracing our happy hour with these flowers and can’t wait to see everyone. Due to mid week weddings this week we need to delay the start of happy hour to next Tuesday. We will send out a reminder for next Tuesday 2.00-3.00 pm . However we are serving refreshing drinks today so please stop in if you are in our area for a culinary blossom sip of some special drinks. .
