Love Mommy Kitchen is an advocate to use all natural and organic ingredients to help new mothers recover after labour by improving their strength and energy levels. Infusing Hong-Kong style elements into the infamous Taiwanese Style postpartum meal plan to help new mothers strengthen their muscles and replenish milk production so that our new mommies can concentrate on taking care of their newborn baby.
