I’ve just finished a whirlwind of busy days. Yesterday, I decorated for Christmas and cleaned the house, and today, I’m roasting a capon from to get ready for tonight’s family dinner.

What do you usually have for Christmas dinner?

We enjoy a mix of Canadian-style dishes along with Japanese sushi and other dishes so we get to experience flavors from all around the world at once.
