🌷Happy 20th Anniversary‼️🌷
In 2005, I graduated from the Floral Design program at Seneca College while raising three children, barely able to speak English or understand my instructors.
My first job was at the flower section of Loblaws, nervously helping customers with broken English. After working at several flower shops, I started freelancing under the name “Flower Bell,” inspired by my daughter’s name, hoping it would be a place where customers would happily “ring the bell” and drop by.
And just like that, 20 years have flown by.
I’ve had the joy of sharing the love of flowers with over 1,000 students, and have been supported by so many wonderful customers along the way.
During the pandemic, I stayed in my home studio, creating arrangements sent from all over the world — from Europe, Asia, and across North America — delivering thoughts and feelings through flowers.
I’ll never forget the smiles of the recipients.
A florist’s job is to deliver heartfelt messages — we’re like post office workers for emotions.
And I truly feel grateful every day that I chose this path.
To my family, friends, and longtime students who have supported me along the way —
Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
I’ll keep going, as long as I can, to deliver more smiles through flowers. 🌷
🌸Flower Bell 20周年‼️🌸
英語がほとんどできない中、子育てをしながらセネカカレッジのフローラルデザインコースを卒業したのが2005年。
ロブローズの花コーナーでの緊張の初仕事から始まり、いくつかの花屋で経験を積み、「Flower Bell」という名前でフリーランスを始めました。娘の名前から付けました。お客様が気軽に“ベル”を鳴らして来てくれるようなお店を目指してきました。
気づけばあっという間の20年。
延べ1000人以上の生徒さんと出会い、たくさんのお客様に支えられてきました。
コロナ禍では世界中から届いた想いを花に託して、ひとりスタジオで束ね続けました。今も受け取った方の笑顔が忘れられません。
花屋は、想いを届ける“心の郵便屋さん”。
この仕事をしていて本当によかったと心から思います。
そして、支えてくれた家族・友人・生徒の皆さんに、心から感謝を込めて――
ありがとうございます。これからも、笑顔に会いに走り続けます🌷
