Happy October everyone! I will not be taking any new orders this month unfortunately. It is only myself in the kitchen and I need to get caught up the following:
-filling orders that have been placed
-stocking retail locations
-making meals for the Park Meadows Market (Oct 25)
-making meals to stock the freezer at our new retail location (stay tuned for that)

We switched up our Breakfast Sandwiches for our new menu. I was not happy how the egg & filling was larger than the actual English muffins (they kept getting smaller and of course higher priced). We now offer ā€œBreakfast Bunsā€ using a brioche bun rather than an English muffin. We now also bake our eggs on a tray vs an egg silicone rounds (this allows me to cook 30 egg portions in one oven vs 12 egg portions using the silicone rounds).
We offer 2 Breakfast Buns:
-Classic (bacon, egg & cheese)
-Loaded (bacon, egg, cheese, pork sausage patty & ham)
