The Building Memories One Piece at a Time Butcher Block/ Charcuterie Boards are finished and ready for sale.
Each one of these first 13 are Hand Crafted that started off with an idea and vision while I was driving back from Texas Last year. The concept of these is to have people come together creating and sharing memories with food.
Everyone has a group of people that they have dinner parties with, inviting them into their homes for moments of laughter and love while sharing food. This concept is to have people either have their own board or to have a set that they can hand out while inviting people in for dinners or parties each guest to be creative with their vision of food. Once the moment comes and everyone is together, they will build a puzzle on the table sharing the story of what inspired the piece they have created and brought to share.
A complete set of 6 measures 3 feet by 5 feet with removable magnetic feet for easy storage when not in use. Each piece is numbered along with having the Smouldering Rose logo, the saying Building Memories One Piece at a Time and my Signature. These boards are finished in a Highest of Quality German Food Grade Stain and have close to 8 hours of labour, laughter and love into each.
Food and music are always tied to memories and these are a vision and inspiration to bring people together building beautiful memories while inviting people into their homes instead of going out.
A huge shout out and massive thank you to Dooyee Jay and Chris Wallis aka Daunted Kibbles who helped me see and bring this vision to life. It’s been fun doing something as the Original Autotemp Air & Sound Custom Wrecking Crew, sharing the laughs and memories we have when we were building stereos and interiors of vehicles in Calgary together.
