Fired Up Rub is the OG that took 3 years to perfect and is a Custom blend of 20 Herbs and Spices, Smoked Sea Salt, Kosher Salt, 4 Pepper corn Blend, Dry Mustard, Coffee, Raw Organic Sugar and Brown Sugar. This rub starts off amazing and then brings in the heat of cayenne, great on pork, chicken, pan fried salmon or tilapia, potatoes, eggs or even add to a 50/50 of Greek yogurt and Helman’s mayonnaise let sit over night for a chip dip.

Lone Star Lamb was brought back from the Texas trip in a jar with a list of the ingredients including Sumac, Cinnamon, Oregano, Garlic, Himalayan Sea Salt , Brown Sugar and Organic Raw Sugar not the formula. After playing with the ingredients and getting our version the recipe was set. This Rub has been tried and tested on Lamb or Beef smoked then finished on an bed of Carrots/ Celery/ Onions in the oven, Vegetables alone tossed in Olive Oil then oven roasted and for breakfast eggs.
