If you have the opportunity the hike to Lower Rowe Lake is very easy terrain. The trail to Upper Rowe Lake gets a bit steeper and in the late fall watch out for poor trail conditions with snow or ice.

Part 2/2

Upper Rowe Lake has quite a view, especially with the larch trees. With the chilly wind this day, we didn't spend much time at the top. Just a short visit to capture some video of the trees and lake. After our return to the townsite we enjoyed some pizza and beverages at a local establishment. Hopefully our next trip will be a bit longer.
