Full-time 30+ hours Dishwasher and Prep YEAR ROUND
Wage: $12.00/hr Starting wage + tipouts + PAID staff lunch
Shifts: vary according to season and requirements – Day and Night time
Successful candidate will perform some of the following duties on a daily basis: Clean dishes, kitchen, food preparation equipment, or utensils. Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans, using dishwasher or by hand. Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition. Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas. Rudimentary kitchen prep work will also be a daily requirement. We’re a hands on type of team, so bussing and serving some orders will also be asked of you from time to time. Person will also be required to do one late night shift (2-3hrs) in order to do a weekly thorough cleaning of restaurant, floors, restrooms, etc. Candidate must be able to work on his or her feet for extended periods of time, lift 50+ lbs, work well alone as well as part of a dynamic group.
Full-time Bakers Helper 35-40 hours YEAR ROUND
Wage: $13.00/hr + depending on experience + tipouts + PAID staff lunch
Shifts: 5am starts and varying according to season and requirements

As many of you may know, the opening of our new location at 290 King St is just a few short weeks away, and we couldn’t be more excited! With seating for nearly 70 guests and a separate 300 sq foot retail space, we are hoping to become the “go to” spot in Midland for entertainment and shopping.
The success that we have experienced so far has been in large part due to the team of incredible staff who have been with us through the last 7 years, and we would like to add you to that team!
Due to the increased capacity, and change from counter service, to full table service, we need to find two full-time staff to bring us into the next phase of our journey. We’re looking for organized, customer service oriented, motivated serving staff to join us on a full-time basis. Knowledge of coffee, and Ontario Craft Beers and Wines is an asset (or the willingness to learn about them) and the ability to jump into any situation, be it counter service, table service or off-site catering is essential.
All candidates must be at least 18 years of age, and have their Smart Serve Certification.

This is it. 40+ people from the community gathering around these three wonderfully talented artists, singers and songwriters. The community support. The applause. The encouragement. The friends. The families.
THIS is why I started Ciboulette! These are the nights that make any sweat, blood, and I'll admit tears, worth it.
They are the reason we move forward and I keep on trucking.
Thank you to all the artists that play with us, the community members that join us on those evenings to listen, the staff that work through the busy (and quiet) nights,who are always there and have my back and everyone who has and has had a part is growing OUR community!
Without you all, these nights would both be impossible and pointless!
Its more then just about serving stellar brews and delicious food(thanks Jenny!!) its about giving a community a place to gather and share. To be with each other for good and the hard times.
