“The wedding venue is my husband’s family farm. The weather did not cooperate at all for our ceremony, as we dealt with flooding, torrential downpours, and tornado warnings but that is who we are as a couple. Every holiday, every event, even the day my husband proposed was raining. Our first dance song was “She’s My Kind Of Rain” by Tim McGraw. The downpour stopped as we started our vows. Instead of an outside ceremony we moved into the barn and lined the aisle way with the same rose petals we were using as confetti. Our photographer is my husband’s aunt. In a full round circle moment, my husband was their ring bearer over 25 years ago.”
Congratulations Rylea! Your wedding story is a beautiful reminder that love thrives through all weather. Sometimes the unexpected rainy days are the most memorable and joyous ones, full of blessings! You looked beyond stunning in your dress amongst all of those colourful flowers. We are so happy to have been a part of this journey with you. Wishing you endless happiness as you begin a new life chapter. ✨
