Meet VINCENT and HUBERT!

They’re getting married this weekend and The Marry Men are thrilled to tell their story.

Hubert and Vincent met in Port Credit on July 6, 2002. Their journey over the last two decades has been filled with many moments of joy and laughter. They have overcome obstacles, faced challenges, and grown together as a couple. Throughout it all, they have remained steadfast in their commitment to each other and proving that love always wins!

“We have had a great 22 years together, and there isn’t much I would change,” Vincent told us. “I look forward to spending even more time at home together and to travelling as much as we can. It seems the bucket list is only starting to fill up.”

That bucket list includes, “Waking up next to him staring at me with is beautiful blue eyes and loving smile,” Hubert highlighted. “Laughing together and singing along to our favourite songs. Enjoying our backyard oasis during the summer, taking more road trips together, and just continuing to be together.”

We are so excited to tell Hubert and Vincent’s remarkable story of perseverance, courage, and love in a beautiful ceremony we will officiate this weekend.

The Marry Men, are overflowing with gratitude!

We had the incredible honour of being part of this year’s Pride Festival on the .ca Pride Float.

Today we married four unique and incredible couples, each of whom holds a special place in our hearts.

who is more than a colleague—she’s family—was the mastermind for making this celebration on the Pop Up Pride Float possible for all of us. For the hundreds of hours you put into creating all of this, the sleepless nights, the creation and construction of every element… what can we say ? You are an inspiration and we will be forever grateful.

Hope Hip Hooray for Flannery’s organizational skills and Mercedes’s expert driving which led the Chapel through the bustling streets of Toronto, where nearly 2 million people lined up to celebrate love and diversity. 🏳️‍🌈

To Ryleigh, Christen, Trixy, Tempest, Chloe, Holli, Drew, and Joelle: We were deeply honored to share this momentous day with you all. We wish you all a lifetime filled with happiness and joy.

And to everyone who lined the city streets, thank you for raising the frequency with your love, cheers, and support!

A huge thank you to for capturing all the beautiful moments and for always being so supportive and encouraging.

To for such beautiful florals and designs. The bouquets were STUNNING, not to mention the float 💐

To all of our friends who marched alongside us and to those we saw throughout the crowd at various landmarks, you will never know what your support meant to us.

Jason and Michael are celebrating their 8th Anniversary today!

On June 30, 2016, they were legally married in a civic ceremony at Toronto’s City Hall with two incredible individuals at their sides.

Ron and Lloyd were the first gay couple to be married in Mississauga back on June 10, 2003 - when Ontario joined British Columbia as the first provinces in Canada to legalize same-sex marriage. So, it was an absolute honour to invite them to stand up for us as our witnesses.

To marry is the biggest risk in human relations that a person can take. If we commit ourselves to one person for life this is not, as many people think, a rejection of freedom; rather it demands the courage to move into all the risks of freedom and all the risks of love.

The last eight years have allowed Jason and Michael to laugh more than ever, grow and learn more than ever, and feel freer than ever to be and celebrate who they are.

It can take a lifetime to learn about and love another person. We are so grateful that Jason and Michael have a lifetime together in which to do so.

Meet ALEXANDRA and ALAN!

They’re getting married this weekend and The Marry Men are thrilled to tell their story.

Alexandra and Alan met online in June 2014. A week later, as millions descended on Toronto to celebrate World Pride, Alex and Alan found their “one-in-a-million” in one another.

“We just knew,” Alex told us.

Ten years later, they’re letting the whole world know that their mutual love for one another and their love of travel will set the course for an exciting new adventure.

“I look forward to us choosing each other every single day,” Alex told us, “just as we have done up to this point.”

“Who knows what the future will bring,” Alan pondered. “But I know for certain that I’m feeling so thankful for this place where our marriage is beginning.”

It’s a new beginning for Alex and Alan this weekend and The Marry Men are excited to join them on this journey.

Meet RANDI and JORDAN!

They’re getting married this weekend and The Marry Men are thrilled to tell their story.

Randi met Jordan in 2012.
Six years later, in 2018, Jordan proposed to Randi.
They both chose 2024 as the year to be married — six years after Randi said “YES!”

The number 6 appears to be a lucky one for this charming couple.

When it comes to love and relationships, the number 6 emphasizes the importance of balance and harmony. And on this sixth month of 2024, Randi and Jordan will promise to continue strengthening the foundation of their future.

“We’ve built the life we set out to build for ourselves,” Jordan confided. “I’m going to do my best to take it in. I’m excited to continue building with Randi and give our boys the best life we can.”

“We discussed not having a big wedding due to where we are in our lives,” Randi admitted. “We ultimately decided we still wanted that special day together and now the our family was complete, it felt more special to have both our sons be a part of it.”

This weekend, family and friends will join Randi and Jordan in the festivities…and The Marry Men will be there to tell their story.

Meet AVERY and MIKE!

They’re getting married this weekend and The Marry Men are thrilled to tell their story.

This Disney princess met her Starfleet Commander four fateful years ago.

Four days before her birthday, Mike asked Avery to accompany him on a new mission — to join him on the journey of a lifetime. This weekend, they will enter “a whole new world” as newlyweds.

“I look forward to new adventures and exploring the world together,” Avery told us, “and to creating this beautiful life and journey together.”

“I haven’t been everywhere, but it’s on my list, and I can’t wait to do that with Avery,” Mike told us.

Plenty of adventures await this beautiful couple.

Meet AMANDA and ANDREW!

They’re getting married this weekend and The Marry Men are thrilled to tell their story.

This tale as old as time started when Cupid’s arrow found its target and Amanda and Andrew matched on OK Cupid in 2019.

Four years later, a series of riddles led Amanda to say “OK, Andrew” in response to his proposal and promise to show her a whole new world of love and devotion.

“I am honestly just looking forward to the journey together and whatever that may include,” Andrew told us. “Whether it’s travel, spending time with the people we love, or starting a family, I just want to enjoy our time together.”

“While I’m not completely sold on the kids thing, there’s no one else I would rather do it with,” Amanda admitted.

Meet MELISSA and JASON!

They’re getting married this weekend and The Marry Men are thrilled to tell their story.

Rev. Jason is super-excited to have the honour of officiating the marriage of a childhood friend.

Melissa and Jason met online in 2020 and took the first steps towards building a relationship rooted in love and laughter.

Three years later, those initial steps turned into a full-fledged hike along the Cup and Saucer Trail on Manitoulin Island resulted in Melissa and Jason saying “yes” to the idea of continuing to walk life’s many trails together.

“I’m excited about growing together as a team, supporting each other, listening and laughing with each other,” Jason told us.

“We do this simple thing called communication and it seems to be working,” Melissa acknowledged. “If we have feels we address those feels, and we don’t let things build up to the point of a fight or an argument. We work together very well, and we treat each other as equals. I am looking forward to every second of the rest of my life with Jason and his family.”

Meet CHANTELLE and RYAN!

They’re getting married this weekend and The Marry Men are thrilled to tell their story.

What an incredible journey Chantelle and Ryan have shared.

It all started in August 2021 when they were both living in Collingwood, Ontario.

Text messages professed to voice notes and then, finally to video calls.

In a very short time, Chantelle and Ryan found the roots of their relationship reaching Belgium, and then spreading to Greece, France, Mexico, Aruba, Las Vegas, and Texas. They were engaged in Cannes and this weekend, they’re getting married in Toronto.
Next stop - Japan.

“I am looking forward to taking on life’s next big adventure and becoming a parent with Ryan,” Chantelle told us. “I can’t wait to see little pieces of him in our children, and to watch Ryan become a father. I know that everything I love about the way he honours, cherishes, and respects me will be tenfold when I see him treat our children the same way.”

“I am looking forward to a future where we continue to be best friends and build a life together,” Ryan told us. “For me, it’s about the everyday interactions and love.”

Meet ALISON and GABRIEL.

They’re getting married this weekend and The Marry Men are thrilled to tell their story.

Alison and Gabriel began writing their beautiful story in 2016 during the final three months of an internship at RBC in Toronto. But these two had more than drafts and deposits on their minds. They were banking on finding the right person to invest a little time on.

“We just love being together,” Alison told us.

Six years of “together” led to an engagement on July 8, 2022.
This weekend they will “cash in” on the accrued interest they have in one another by securing their futures in the bond of marriage and vowing to continue to write their story together.

“I’m excited about the next few chapters,” Gabriel admitted. “Adopting a dog, buying house, potentially having kids, and just going on writing those chapters with her.”

Meet ALINA and MATTHEW.

They’re getting married this weekend and The Marry Men are thrilled to tell their story.

On Sept 23, 2018, Alina and Matthew decided to go rock climbing on their very first date together. And while they held on tight as they climbed, they ended up falling for each other.

Three years later, a scavenger hunt led Alina to Kariya Park in Mississauga — a place of serenity and natural beauty — and later to an escape room in Hamilton.

All the clues led Alina to Matthew because he had the key to her heart. Together, they are ready to unlock the door to an exciting future together.

This weekend, there’s one final riddle to solve. Here’s a clue: “I Do!”

“I’m honestly just excited to spend the rest of my life with someone who makes the times that should be boring fun,” Matthew told us. “Life is just so much better with her.”

Alina is most looking forward to “making each other laugh at the little things” and one day “being the old couple to which everyone points and says, “That’s true love, that’s what I want!’”

Meet CARMEN and JOHN.

They’re getting married this weekend and The Marry Men are thrilled to tell their story.

Carmen and John met in 2010. She interviewed for a job at a business John co-owned. She was put on the payroll

“People always say you know when you know,” Carmen reflected. “I just knew.”

John admitted that “there was an immediate spark and connection” and as their relationship has flourished over the last 14 years, the sparks flew higher, the connection grew stronger, and they both knew that spending the rest of their lives together just made sense.

“I am looking forward to the world knowing Carmen and I committed to each other 100%,” John confided to us. “I believe everyone already knows that, but having a ceremony to celebrate that will make it feel even more concrete.“

The Marry Men are so excited to officiate this wedding ceremony and to tell Carmen and John’s beautiful story.

Meet DAYNNA and MICHAEL.

They’re getting married this weekend and The Marry Men are thrilled to tell their story!

That story began in 2016 when the two of them swiped right into each other’s lives on Tinder.

Daynna and Michael soon learned that they had been living directly across the lake from each other for over 10 years.

Connected by the past, Daynna and Michael are seizing the present and looking forward to the moment they will declare their love and eternal commitment to one another. What happens next is for Daynna and Michael to decide.

“I’m really looking forward to seeing what the future holds,” Daynna confided to us. “Even though life can be challenging at times, everything feels infinitely easier when you’re going through it together with the one you love and I’m really looking forward to continuing to learn and grow together!”

“The thing I’m looking forward to most about our life together are all the little things,” Michael told us. “The laughs and giggles, the relaxing and decompressing after a day of work. The way she always looks out for my well-being and health. The way she keeps me on track and confident.”

Both Daynna and Michael have their sights set on the future - and their future together starts this weekend!

Meet JEANNINE and MICHAEL.

“It almost felt like fate that we were meant to be together,” Jeannine admitted to us.

These high school sweethearts’ lives were connected long before they first laid eyes on each other in 2012. And this weekend, that connection will be further strengthened as they declare their intention to take a bold step into the future.

Jeannine says she is most excited about “just getting to do life together” with Michael. “Getting to share the good times, as well as the hard times, there is only one person who I can imagine learning, growing, and struggling through life with.”

“I’m looking forward to waking up beside her everyday knowing she’s my wife and knowing that we can take on anything the day throws at us,” Michael affirmed.

Meet JULIANA and JOSHUA.

“Traveling!” Juliana assured us. “I cant wait to travel to the places we have been talking about for so long and experience new things.”

It was November 2017 when they met and seven lucky years later, they are going to exchange vows, reaffirm their love, and start a whole new chapter of their love story.

“I honestly cannot wait for us to start a family,” Josh admitted. “She is going to be the greatest mother in the world and we both can’t wait to be parents.”

“I also cant wait to have kids together,” Juliana confirmed. “I just know he’s going to be the best dad in the world and I cant wait to see him in that role.”

Tonight we had to say goodbye to our most precious baby - our beloved F***y.

I know we will learn to acknowledge and accept the waves of grief that will come with her absence, but right now, that grief is very real.

She was Jason’s cat — one he had rescued fifteen years earlier — but she a member of our family. More than just a pet, she was our child.

For those who falsely claim that animals don’t have souls, they have, clearly, never truly loved an animal.

And today, that beautiful soul that is F***y has returned to a place where this is no pain or suffering, but where her spirit soars freely and her memory remains an eternal blessing.

Meet ROBERTA and GREGG.

They’re getting married this weekend and The Marry Men are thrilled to tell their story!

Their adventure started back in 2007 - with a college house party, MSN Messenger, and a friend named Crissy.

Over the last seventeen years, Roberta and Gregg have fostered an enduring friendship, figured out what they want from life, and built a solid foundation for their journey to “forever” in a long and happy marriage.

“We’ve already experienced a lot together as a couple, so I’m looking forward to the people that we’ll become and what we’ll accomplish as we continue to love and support each other,” Gregg told us. “Travelling to new places, trying new creative pursuits, accomplishing career goals and just generally getting to have memorable experiences with friends, family, and each other.”

“I am most looking forward to continuing on our story and adventures,” Roberta shared. “It’s been a wild ride, and I am just grateful to be able to share these memories with my best friend.”

More memories will be made this weekend as Roberta and Gregg take the next turn on their wild ride and publicly declare their commitment to one another.

Meet LILLA and JOHNNY!

They’re getting married this weekend and The Marry Men are thrilled to tell their story.

Lilla met Johnny when she was in high school. After some flirtation and a whole lot of conversation, they couldn’t help falling in love and made a resolution to give the dating game a try. New Years Eve 2013 would mark the beginning of a whole new adventure for them.

While long distance kept them apart physically, it was very evident that Lilla and Johnny were inseparable when it came to matters of the heart.

“So much love, understanding, humour, and sharing of good and not so good experiences has shaped the beautiful foundation we’ve built together,” Lilla told us.

“I’m looking forward to us both evolving into the best versions of ourselves,” Johnny admitted.

“It is just so exciting to me that our love story is continuing in its own unique way,” Lilla confided.

We are so excited to help Lilla and Johnny write the next momentous chapter.

Meet SHANNON and KEVIN!

They’re getting married this weekend and The Marry Men are thrilled to tell their story.

Shannon and Kevin met in 2014, fell in love, and ten years later, they’re starting an exciting new chapter in their story.

You can really learn a lot about someone over the course of a decade.

“We discovered that we share many hobbies and interests like hockey, music, and movies, and spent a lot of time bonding over those similar traits,” Kevin told us.

“I think when you find someone who knows everything about you, good and bad, and you can be yourself with — that’s when I knew Kevin was the one,” Shannon admitted.

“It’s a love story,” Taylor Swift sang on her second studio album. “Baby, just say ‘Yes’.” And they certainly did.

Shannon and Kevin said “yes” to each other and this Friday, they’re saying “yes” to a lifetime together.

The future is full of endless possibilities — moving into their first house and making it a home, starting a family, working on many DIY projects together, and continuing to enjoy each other’s company day to day.

For Shannon and Kevin it’s all about making the most of this new adventure they are embarking on and experiencing and sharing MORE!

They first clicked online in 2021 and followed it up with a first date at a Mexican restaurant. An eventful getaway to San Francisco was just the beginning of an exciting new journey which eventually led them to a memorable engagement in Tuscany. This weekend, they will be married in Toronto before settling in B.C. write the next thrilling chapter of their story.

“I can’t wait to introduce David as my husband and hear him call me his wife,” Georgia told us. “I’m looking forward to starting a family together and watching our children grow.”
