From the very beginning of this wild and beautiful journey of storytelling, some couples leave an imprint that never fades, and Emily and Cody are absolutely two of those people.

When we first met them, they brought a warmth, an energy, and a vibe that gave us all the feels. They reminded us why we do what we do: to celebrate love, laughter, connection, and the unforgettable stories that shape a life together.

Fast forward a few years, and these two continue to create memories and build even more beautiful chapters, always in their authentic, joy-filled way. They remain so close to our hearts, and we are endlessly grateful for the light they bring every time our paths cross.

A Love-Filled Tribute to Our Beautiful Bride,

Tonight we had the profound honour of officiating the wedding of Julie and her now-husband, Minh. What made this evening particularly special was the knowledge that it had been almost exactly one year since Julie first reached out to inquire about our services. From that very first conversation, we knew she was someone extraordinary.

We highlight Julie tonight because she embodies everything we dream of in the couples who trust us with their stories. She is thoughtful, warm, gracious, and engaged in all the right ways. Throughout the entire planning process, she checked in with us, asked meaningful questions, shared her and Minh’s collective vision, and made every step feel collaborative. She reached out simply to see how we were doing, and when Reverend Michael lost his mother in August, she sent a message of condolence that touched us deeply.

During the ceremony, Minh described her as the epitome of joy. He could not have chosen a more fitting description. Julie is, without question, one of the sweetest, most sincere individuals we have ever worked with. She submitted her questionnaires on time, remained open to every part of the process, and tonight welcomed us with a calm and grounded presence that instantly set the tone for a beautiful celebration. For those first few minutes, we felt as if we were the ones being honoured, which is a testament to her generous heart.

Dearest Julie, We adore you.You are grace, beauty, poise, compassion, and humour all in one remarkable woman who completely melted our hearts.

Meet JULIE and MINH!

They’re getting married this weekend and The Marry Men are thrilled to tell their story.

Julie and Minh both admit that neither of them was looking to date back in 2020.

“But when Minh and I met, we just clicked and became fast friends,” Julie admitted.

That friendship quickly evolved into some to something more when they discovered that they both shared many of the same values and goals in life, and had similar interests and passions. Like a mutual love of pets. And of food.

When it came to a proposal five years later, Minh was secretive but strategic.

“I was clueless,” Julie admitted, “and didn’t know what was going on.”

But when she heard the melody of “Beauty and the Beast” played by a waiting violinist and saw a ring on her finger, Julie knew exactly what was going on.

Julie and Minh’s love really is a tale as old as time, and this weekend they will surround themselves with family and friends and welcome them with a hearty “be our guest” as The Marry Men proudly present…their ceremony.

Julie and Minh are excited to start a family together, purchasing a house, and building a home.

“I cannot wait to do LIFE with him,” Julie shared. “To explore the world and try anything!“

“I want to guide us to happiness and success,” Minh told us. “To offer Julie emotional and moral support, so I can be the perfect man for her, because we are already perfect for eachother.”

Today we don’t just mark a date in the calendar, but we pause, reflect, and honour those who gave everything for peace, freedom, and the future.
Remembrance Day is a story of courage and sacrifice. A story told in whispered names etched on cold stone, and in the silence that follows the last post.
It’s a time to remember the fallen, the brave,
the ones who never came home, and the ones who did and were changed forever.

The sacrifices made by fathers, sons, brothers, husbands, wives, sisters, daughters, and mothers have shaped our country, and the peace we must never take for granted.

There’s something truly extraordinary about connection. The kind that doesn’t require words, just a glance, a subtle movement, an unspoken rhythm that exists only between two souls. It’s that deep rooted understanding of one another’s energy, that silent conversation that says “I know you, I feel you, I’m with you.”

That’s what we saw in V and N. The way you look at each other, move together, stand up for one another, and create this magnetic energy that fills the space around you, it’s magic.

Captured in the Moment!

There’s something beautiful about that moment, the one where months and months (and months!) of planning come together, and you’re finally standing there, hand in hand, married.

As officiants, we get to witness those incredible seconds when everything else fades away, and it’s just two people completely immersed in their joy. Then, later, when we see the photos, those perfect, emotion-filled snapshots, we’re reminded all over again why we love what we do.

We are endlessly grateful to the phenomenal photographers like who have the natural gift of capturing moments that words can barely describe. The joy, the laughter, the tears, and those tiny, quiet glances that say everything. The up in the air, let’s float away together kind of love, like Cristina and Steve’s.

This photo is one of those timeless treasures, a reflection of the couple’s spirit, energy, and pure love. When we look back at it, we can’t help but smile and say, YES! this is exactly them.
