Who saw my last post??? Super spooky vibes and all decked out for Halloween; well depending on what you add or include more of will determine your presentation and what you are trying to capture.

I had a lovely Highschool Alumni reach out to me to make a bouquet for their friends birthday which was given to the parents as their friend has since passed. Sympathy does not need to be all white; we like using colours and textures to represent the person and the lasting impression they have made on you.

How many people wish they can project their ideas from their imagination onto a screen? Just us?

When we meet with future couples, we always want to ensure we have as clear a picture as possible when envisioning your special event. Here are some great tips for those who have a life event to celebrate:

- Think of descriptor words that best describe the theme you want to present to your guests. Is it romantic, bohemian, whimsical; what feeling do you want your guests to have?

- What styles have you seen at other events that really spoke to you and made you go “wow”
Providing imagery to your florist is very helpful for how we can ensure your dreams come to life

- Knowing if there are any flowers that are a must have or any flowers that are not wanted at all would be super helpful when quoting work and ensuring we can stay within your budget.

- What is your budget? Is there a threshold that cannot be exceeded? This will determine what product we use and if we can repurpose some of the products created throughout the day.

How I modify my skills as a florist to ensure my clients are satisfied is really showcased with this post. T & B were an amazing couple to work with and they were the epitome of sustainability. With this in mind, we used a combination of faux and fresh florals, really creating the forest witch wedding of their dreams.

I want to take a moment to be completely honest with you; colour is your friend 💐🌼🥀🪷🌺🌸🌷🌹🌾

It’s super exciting when you first get engages and all the dreams you had for your wedding day can become reality. What some brides have said to me is that they don’t want to use colour because they want timeless, classic, sophisticated. Whose telling you colour can’t be those descriptive words? Using colour for your decor will make for unspeakable beauty the same as using a one tone palette.

Is Flashback Friday still cool? Cause I’m reminiscing to warmer weather, no snow on the ground and beautiful hues of fuchsia.

I’m so grateful for the relationships I have made over integral chapters in my life. My September 2022 bride is a friend of mine from highschool where I really discovered a lot about myself and fought some of the toughest battles. We spent years in musicals together and made memories that will be with me for years to come. Thank you S + S for including me in your special day and not being afraid of colour. My wedding day will be sure to have stunning hues as well!

Who is the designer behind Fondly Florals?

It’s me, hi, I’m Tiffany, it’s me! For those of you that don’t know me, I’m the owner, operator and designer of Fondly Floral Designs. We all wear many 🎩 in life and I wanted to share with you the different ones I wear so we can feel more acquainted.

1) I work full-time as an HR Coordinator for an Integration Engineering Firm 🗃️

2) Part time, I work for the City of Mississauga Library 📚; fun fact I met the love of my life working at the library 👩🏻‍❤️‍💋‍👨🏻

3) I tap dance once a week with the same teacher and dance partner since the age of 6 👯‍♀️

4) In 2021 I started Irish dancing once a week and have become an Adult Competitor across North America 🇮🇪☘️

5) I restarted a book club to encourage friends to fall back in love with reading 📖

6) I celebrate friends in many of life’s amazing chapters 💍🎉🤰

7) I relish in the family time I do get and constantly look for more opportunities to have family time 🏡

8) I’m always down for any adventure that comes my way and will do almost anything new 🧗‍♀️

Did you know red gladiolas are a celebratory flower used to ring in the new lunar year? I remember a customer of mine would order 10 bunches from me every year. Gladiolas are quite expensive off season but definitely beautiful any time of year!

When I am the florist for any event, I make sure I speak with the photographer and videographer ahead of time (if I’m organised) and ask if they are able to share any photos they take of the florals and make a connection with them beyond a business transaction.

I think most of my followers have noticed that I have quotes for my posts and reels that will reflect my clients and the event we are celebrating.

and are the hardest workers I have ever met. Their grind for their dreams is so inspiring and has been a motivation to everyone they meet. Creating the floral artistry for their Scottish ceremony was dreamy, sophisticated and timeless. All the details added by Suzy and Mark were beautiful and well thought out. Thank you both as I could not have created this day without your guidance.

This bouquet was so special to me as I resonated with the bride so much. Before their special day, which has been anticipated for months, my brides lost a grandparent.

My grandmother was and still is my best friend. She was my hero, my support, my everything. I know she is always with me and looking out for me, and my bride wanted to keepsake her grandmother on her wedding day by including her grandmothers favourite flower, a yellow rose.

The added touches are what I love most about my work. I am able to connect with the couple and make the event more than just deign; now it has meaning and resemblance that will be a memory for a lifetime 💫

THIS IS MY 100th POST!!!!

Congratulations to Rachel for successfully graduation from John Cabot Highschool.

Now we will see your successes coming this September Guelph Humber University

I worked with Alessandro and he came to me based on recommendation from my dear friend Ana O. He told me what he envisioned to show his love and pride towards Rachel’s success and I was able to deliver.
Having business is great, but having meaningful connections with those I work with and becoming returning customers, that’s priceless.

Thank you to my photographer Ken who uses his awesome flashlight made by Bushworks Custom Flashlights and his flashlight made by Wurkkos to take the best quality pictures for me even when it’s late at night.

✨Probably the coolest most unreal moment in my business journey happened in July 3 2022. Not only was it one of my best friends 30th birthday, her and wedding was in and .floraldesigns was featured!!!!✨
