My creations are completed with leaving your palate bemused..My concept is to take you under the stars and allow nature to be your background. The menu consists of selected AMUSE BOUCHE offerings and several tapas of organics from the farm to your table. On these special nights, Local artists in the community will come out and perform at your table side.

Mother Nature and man-made disasters have their way of effecting so many people around the world. Here, in our own backyard, in Uxbridge, Ontario and several other towns, many families and friends have felt the devastation from the power of a tornado. Feed It Forward and myself are proud to be a part of our new Disaster Emergency Food Relief Program.
