Its with great pleasure and excitement that I announce what has become for me a dream come true Today. I am serving the Montreal Canadiens hockey team. An absolute honour for me and feeling humbled and blessed. On the menu this evening is as follows:

The online orders manage effectively quantities availability "REAL-TIME" and as such ensures that you are served as quickly as possible. This is required in order to allow time for acquiring ingredients and preparing meals in a timely matter as well as serving you best. The alternative of managing orders and reservations over messenger or emails has proven to be counter productive.

I am not looking for a handout, yet I must say, I have raised as much as I possibly can on my own and cannot do more. Hence why I am requesting for community support. I thought good to share. I am also happy to setup a community meeting to further discuss any details with the needed septic system requirements if some believe it may be of value. Chef Lucia @ Tony's Place has embarked on a journey (since the Fall 2020) to ensure accountability both from a business operation capability ; as well as ensure social accountability for years to come by way of exploring ways to implement a new septic system augmented with a treatment septic plant that will ensure an efficient, proven and quality solution.

While remaining mindful for the need of protecting our environment as well as providing a low foot print installation; and a low carbone emission solution for minimizing any environmental impacts, a solution was sought and has been found. The solution entertained will provide raw sewage treatment and ensure quality effluent discharge, as per regulatory government requirements and will ensure that our beach remain clean for years to come.

Doing our part to protect the environment as well as balancing the need for restoring services at Tony's Place is our responsibility, commitment and priority to ensure business continuity. This is how we have chosen to remain accountable and responsible. A hard decision over profitability concerns at the expense of the community being disappointed for any need for stopping temporarily services. We will continue to put the community ahead of business performances in order to ensure our social accountability. We can only hope that our position can be appreciated and that our partners will continue to give us priority for the implementation of the needed septic solution system.

As additional information, the proven solution found which includes the installation of the BIOROCK treatment plant along side the new septic system does exactly what is needed and required. BIOROCK is an innovative solution that has been proven for over 30 years in Europe. More than 100 000 implementations has been installed.
