Filled with our sweet and tasty Ube Halaya (Purple Yam jam) then covered with our thin and flaky Ube pastry, our Hopia Ube have a great reputation for being irresistible! Ouh-Bae! Get it? Ube? In the Philippines, these round pastries can be eaten as a side dish to any meal, as an appetizer or as a snack! And Hopias can either be eaten warm or cold!
