I’m sure your newsfeed is full of messages from companies about their response to COVID-19 and ours is similar: there is nothing more important to us than the safety of our customers and employees. We are still welcoming customers at Laser Quest and that’s why we too are sharing this message to let you know what we’re doing.
Firstly, we’re listening to the public officials and making decisions based on their recommendations. Their guidance suggests handwashing is critical and so we’re asking everyone to wash their hands more often. We’ve trained our employees on when to wash and how to wash hands and we’re asking you to do the same because it’s the best defense.
We’ve asked our teams: if you are sick, stay home. We’re asking the same from you.
We’ve dramatically increased the frequency and depth of our cleaning. Hard surfaces such as door handles, counter tops, tables and chairs are getting additional tender loving care. We’ve also increased the frequency of cleaning things like our lasers and game activators. We’re taking every opportunity to focus on cleaning and disinfecting touch points.
While supplies last, we have gloves and wipes available on request for those customers who choose to use them. We encourage you to bring your own in order to ensure you have them readily available.
We’re also happy to reschedule any planned event for any available date in the future. If you’re not comfortable with that, we will work something out that will make you happy. We promise.
Rest assured that we are listening to the government officials and making adjustments as things unfold. We’re listening because things are changing quickly and we want to be prepared to respond quickly based on their advice and guidance. We will also continue to make additional changes to our operations as appropriate.
We know you’ll have a great time during your visit and we hope you’ll still consider playing our great game of Laser Quest!
