Urad dal vada - chutney de noix de coco rouge. Papadum
Soupe : Rasam (tamarin, graine de moutarde noire, feuilles de curry, tomates cerises, piment séché)
Plat principal : Riz au tamaraine, curry de Kadala (pois chiches noir) et Sambar (version Kerala du dhal).
Chois de cari au boeuf ou poission.
Dessert : Appom (crêpes croustillantes en forme de soucoupe volante à base de farine de riz fermenté) servi avec du lait de coco frais et du sirop d'érable.
