After much thought and careful consideration, I have made the decision to step into the next chapter of my professional life. In light of that, I’m pleased to announce that our lead planner Celia has officially acquired le wedding mill. I’m so proud of the work we’ve done and I’m excited to watch le wedding mill, the company I founded almost ten years ago, grow and flourish under Celia’s leadership.

The wedding industry in Montreal is comprised of so many incredible people whose passion, collaboration and dedication are second to none. Thank you to all the vendors with whom I’ve had the pleasure to meet, work and share war stories. You’ve made this experience so rich and meaningful for me and I’ll sincerely miss you! I feel really lucky to have made true friends on this wild ride.

To all my clients, it’s been a great honour to bring your wedding visions to life over the last ten years. I’ve always said that being a wedding planner is a labour of love and I’ve truly loved working with you all! Thanks to you and your families for your trust and support.

At le wedding mill, we always say that our style is "understated elegance" ™️. Whether our couples prefer a classic, modern, boho or rustic twist, it always come back to simplicity and refinement... understated elegance.

This bouquet is a perfect example of this notion. It's simple in appearance, yet plays an important role in the design story. It also complements the gown and veil so perfectly, without competing with them.

2023, what a ride! As we wrap up for the holidays, we want to sincerely thank all of our couples who made the year so special. We love and miss each and every one of you and feel so grateful to have met you. 🥰

Our team is growing! ✨ We are looking for another Wedding Day Coordinator to assist our lead planner on wedding days. Are you a logistical wizard who knows the importance of getting the job done, all with a smile? If so, this opportunity is for you!

Tasks include:
- Assist with event set up and styling
- Act as a team leader for the creative partners (vendors) to ensure that every party has the tools they need and is doing their best work
- Manage the timeline of the day
- Provide exceptional service to the couple and their guests
- On occasion, manage the tear down of the event

Requirements:
- Experience in event management
- Calm and professional
- Bilingual
- Creative problem-solver
- Ability to act quick on your feet
- Solutions-oriented
- All hands on deck attitude: not afraid to jump in wherever needed to get the job done
- Driver’s license and access to a car
- Availability on weekends

le wedding mill was founded by Michelle Mill, a list enthusiast with a discerning eye for design. While Michelle has been planning events for as long as she can remember, from baby showers to large-scale galas, weddings are where her passion lies. Her clients appreciate her ability to pay attention to details while focusing on the big picture as well as her ‘cool as a cucumber’ nature. A romantic at heart, she still tears up at every single wedding and does not see that changing any time soon.
