Magic was on the air, again for Monsieur Magic and Westmount residents! A fun time was enjoyed by all (young & old) at last weekend’s Westmount Victoria Village Merchant’s Festival!
Bravo to talented musician Gary White and to Cynthia Lulham, who organized this entertaining and smooth-running event for our Westmount famines, with a host of talented artists for all to appreciate! 👏🏻✨

I had a wonderful time yesterday entertaining two Special Needs classrooms combined (many of the children were Neurodiverse), at the Crestview Elementary School in Laval.

The children were attentive and genuinely enjoyed participating throughout my entire 45 minute Abracadabra Magic-Comedy show.
Special thanks to devoted and enthused teacher “Ms. JoAnna” who found and invited Monsieur Magic into Mr. Corey’s nicely organized and welcoming classroom. Also participating from the audience were Teacher Assistants: Ms. Nichol, Ms. Wendy, Ms. Zoi and Ms. Sandy. 🪄👏🏻✨

Yesterday was a double-header for our Abracadabra Magic Show!
The first show was for 11 year old Charlotte and friends in her Montreal West home. These older children enjoyed a few amazing card tricks and and other sleight-of-hand tricks, normally reserved for adults.
The second show was for 4 year old Julia and friends (and family) in Laval. More visual comedy was integrated into this show to appeal to these younger age children. Lots of laughs!

Today is was my privileged to entertain a lively group of children and parents still enjoying the Easter egg hunting carried over from Easter. The group was the Latino Mom’s & Dad’s Playmates group of Montreal. I even had the chance to speak the little bit of Spanish that I learned in junior high school, just “a few” years ago! 😉

Special thanks go to the very generous and caring couple, Dafne & Sabatino, who gifted the children with my Abracadabra Magic-Comedy show and who also parent their own three young children, benefitting from this wonderful Mom’s & Dad’s group! 👏🏻
It should be noted that Dafne and her energetic team also did a super job setting up all of the tables, chairs and delicious food —as well as all of the other fun activities that took place for the 50+ plus children (ages 3-9+) that showed up to today’s event with their dedicated parents —-in full celebration mode!! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Later in the show, to the delight of the audience (young and old) Henrietta Hen made a surprise visit! 😲

Monsieur Magic was thrilled to perform two shows this afternoon. the second show was in the home of Cristina and Derek. To add fun and laughter to Dylan’s 5th birthday celebration, in addition to some very amazing magic tricks, some very silly “visual comedy tricks” were also included —to the delight of the children —like this one, where a hard-boiled egg is gently placed into a soft velvet bag, the bag with the egg inside is dropped onto the floor, then an enthused child from the audience jumps on the bag (…several times!).😮 The end result is… …whoops! …a “Fried Egg!” Pure silliness! And pure fun! 🤣

To everyone’s delight, Monsieur Magic introduces the children to his mind-boggling “Floating Ball illusion!” …up-close! 😮😮😮😮✨

A familiar illusion with an added twist… metal through metal… the “Silent Link!” 😮✨
