Join the LEM at our Annual Winter Dance on Saturday, Jan 25th, 2025 — where all our campuses will be performing!
Once again, we are delighted to announce that we will have live music by Montreal’s own , who will surely keep the dance floor going all night 💃

🎟️ Ticket sales for our winter dance have gone on sale virtually! Be sure to reserve your spots ASAP, as tickets tend to sell out quickly every year!

Concerning ticket purchases:

❄️Tickets cost 85$ for adults and 30$ for kids.
❄️ If you are a parent or dancer at any campus/dance group, the forms to reserve & buy tickets have been sent to you via email (will be posted in the FB group for Orpheas).
❄️ Please note that tickets are first come, first served. Make sure to reserve your spots sooner rather than later!
❄️ Tickets will be sold until January 12th, 2025.
❄️ If you are not affiliated to any campus or group, you can DM us for more information on how to buy tickets! 🎟️

✨ And we’re baaackkk! ✨

As we get ready for the start of a new school year with the LEM, we’re so happy to share that this year marks the return of our Paidiko Festival - back for the first time since 2019! 🙌🏼

This charity event (all proceeds going to charity) is an opportunity for the young dancers of Greater Montreal Area dance groups and cultural organizations to showcase their talent and all the hard work they put in, year after year! Emails to various cultural and dance organizations were sent out this summer, so if you are an instructor or an organization that would like to perform, please send us a message! 📧

Date, time, and charity of choice to be confirmed soon! ✨

Until then - we can’t wait to see you all on the dance floor! 💃🏼

Thank you to the Laval Regional Council for inviting Orpheas to perform yesterday! ✨ It was a beautiful day for a dance performance! 💃🏼

With our final campus performances having occurred this weekend at the St. Jean panigiri, this past weekend marks the end of the year for all of our campuses and adult groups! ⭐️

This was one of our most productive years yet, with some of our favourite moments being:
✨ Our largest winter dance ever, with well over 1000+ people in attendance AND with live music from !
✨ Our first major show since 2018, including live music from , .giannarakis, and Lefteris Michailidis, as well as dance performances from our students!
✨ The renaming of the LEM to honour our departed director.
✨ Another busy, sunny BBQ.
✨ So much more. 💃🏼

All of these accomplishments would not have been possible without the presence of our dancers and families who have continued to support us, year after year. For that and so much more, we send you all our deepest gratitude and appreciation! 💙

The show is over but the fun is not. 💃🏼

Come watch our campus dancers THIS SUNDAY at our annual BBQ in the schoolyard of the Socrates II campus! All dancers should have received an email with information from their teachers. 🤝

As always - food and beverages will be available for purchase, and there will be lots of performances for you to take in and enjoy! Come watch our dancers and see all the hard work they have put in over the last year. ⭐️

Last night’s show was a great success! ✨

We’d like to extend our deepest gratitude to the partners (including many not listed here) who helped support this show, ensuring that we could host this show in the first place. We’d also like to share a big, big thank you to our friends and family who came out to support us, helping us reach almost 500 tickets sold for this event! 🎟️

Finally, we’d like to thank the dancers and families who dutifully attended practices week after week for the last several month in order to be show ready! None of this would have been possible without you. 💙

We will see everyone at our end of year BBQ next week, where you’ll have another opportunity to watch our dancers do what they do best! 💃🏼

✨ Partner highlight ✨

Putting on a show of this size would be impossible without the support of our excellent partners, like Casa Grecque Boucherville! A dedicated supporter of the LEM over the years, Casa Grecque will be supporting us with one of the most important parts of the show - keeping our dancers fed and fueled on show day! 💃🏼🕺🏻❤️ We couldn’t do it (literally, we’d be starving) without them!
