C3 Events is looking for a candidate ready to work directly with our president.

Job consists of research, planning and designing events. Creating decks, floorplans, managing budgets, building schedules and event manuals.

Administrative duties include working with our controller to reconcile event budgets, expenses and organize supplier payments.

Min 5 years experience in the events industry with specific experience in office administration and planning.

Onsite event work includes managing suppliers, entertainers and assisting our associate producers with overall planning and production.

Position is Full time - In person & Montreal based with flexible work hours. Certain nights / weekends and paid travel will be required.

Last week we were proud to produce the campaign launch event for the

In an effort to move away from a traditional seated event, guests were journeyed through three immersive pods where they learnt about the tools and benefits of the new digital hospital.

Thanks to for their creativity to bring our ideas to life.

The event continued and we transformed the expansive into a slick and styled cocktail club - fostering networking, dancing and celebration.

This “ungala” was the result of over a year of collaboration between partners, suppliers and clients to ensure a cohesive and successful launch.
