IT’S OK BEING MEHLets normalize being “MEH”. Is anyone else just feeling MEH? Like you’re not sad, but you’re not super happy or anything either? Like you want to do all the things but at the same time want to do nothing at all? Cause I sure am! And you know what I’ve realized? Being MEH is totally ok! I feel like society has us feeling like we always have to be ON, even if its by not being ok and even if its by being super ok! It’s like there are super highs and super lows but noone talks about the MEH moments and how to deal! So allow me to open up a little with y’all, in hopes this helps someone! I’ve come to believe that the MEH moments, are just that! MEH! You don’t need to figure it out right now, you don’t need to dwell on not figuring it out right now. You don’t need to feel guilty for lack of motivation and you don’t need to feel guilty for not figuring out the whys/hows, for that lack of motivation. You don’t need to feel guilty for not being super “positive/happy/.everything is peachy keen” and you don’t need to feel guilty for NOT feeling NOT OK (if that makes sense?). You don’t need to feel guilty for just BEING! You don’t need to feel guilty for the days you just don’t feel like f*cking feeling. Relish in the MEH moments and give your mind, body, and soul the break from being on all the time! Just allow yourself to be MEH and know you’re not alone! I promise you you’ll snap out of it!
