Fun facts about ranunculus:

• Ranunculus means “little frog”. Coming from Rana (Latin word for frog) and unculus (meaning little)

• They are not fragrant and most varieties have no scent at all

• They are toxic to both humans and animals when ingested

• Each bloom can have between 100-130 individual petals
