When I first started doing holiday mini sessions, I had an outdoor ‘she shed’ made from old doors and a pallet floor. Over the years the space and my skills have gotten better and better. There are so many families that I am fortunate to see year after year, and I was saying to one family last weekend I don’t know why they stayed with me as the first years were quite rough, and she responded because your work and you are so wonderful. That meant the world to me. ❤️

The best part of my job is getting to capture families and document how they grow over the years. It feels like such an honour.

Incredibly thankful to everyone who came out this year. I can’t wait to keep expanding the space.

I recently did a shoot with E’s wonderful family, and she asked if we could do a wardrobe change near the end. She switched out of her white dress to this stunning floral and let her curls down.

In motherhood, it’s easy for us to get caught up in the caretaking role and put ourselves on the back burner. But that wild woman, she’s still there. Let her out and let her shine. ❤️

A simple I love you

I created a short snippet from a speeches video I did for a wedding this August. This father of the bride speech has to be my absolute favourite and brings me chills everytime I hear it. Never have I heard such unconditional love spoken with so much emotion before.

Sable Island will always hold a special place in my heart. My first documentary. Sable Island taught me just how truly fragile and resilient our earth is and how important our role is to maintain that balance. It seems like our planet and animals have this whole coexisting thing figured out.
