Wedding Package includes:
Initial meeting with potential client to discuss the details of your Wedding Day. Provide a ‘Wedding Planner’ which lists tips & tricks for all aspects of the Wedding from start to finish. I contact potential wedding venues & suppliers to set up meetings. Site inspection of venues for ceremony & reception. Assistance with obtaining marriage license, vendor contracts. Confirmation of vendor timelines (approx. 3 months prior to wedding and 1-2 weeks leading up to wedding). Assist with seating plan. Help create a detailed Wedding Day Itinerary. The day before Wedding from 5 pm (if day falls on weekday) until finished setup. The day of the Wedding from 8 am until 2am or until needed. The day after the Wedding cleanup and dismantling (help from friends or family for the other rentals) preferably not the Bride & Groom. My confirmations of changes come from the Bride only. I attend the rehearsal. I assist in any last minute details. Up to 40 hrs in total. Additional hours are available upon request. 15.00 per hr
Decorating Package:
Initial meeting with potential client to discuss the details of your Wedding Day. Then additional meetings. The day of the Wedding final check of venues. Move décor from church to reception. The day after or night of the Wedding cleanup and dismantling (help from friends or family for the other rentals) preferably not the Bride & Groom. Up to 16 hrs in total. Additional hours are available upon request. 15.00 per hr
Day Of Wedding Package:
Discuss the details of your Wedding Day and ways to help make it a less stressful as possible. Create lists along with hints & tricks for all aspects of the Wedding from start to finish. The day of the Wedding from 8 am until needed. However the Bride sees fit as long as my schedule allows. Additional hours are available upon request. 15.00 per hr
