One of favourite things about golden hour is the chance it gives my couples to just breathe.
Everything is done and the party is just starting, it’s the perfect time to reflect on your wedding and your union. 15 minutes, just the two of you looking at each other soaking in the memories ♥️
Congratulations again Jessica and Lezanne it was an honour to capture your day and to have met you both. You are both such gracious and wonderful people brimming with enthusiasm and love for each other it was the most beautiful day!

Yesterday was a good day ♥️
I think I manifested so hard for those clouds to lift just a little so we could have some mountains my brain almost malfunctioned 😅
I’m always humbled by the trust placed in my hands and the people down to go with the flow even when the weather doesn’t seem ideal!

Thinking of getting married in Mexico? I say hell to the yeah 🙌 It is an absolutely gorgeous country with endless opportunities for the perfect wedding ♥️
Judy and Derek had the most beautiful beach side celebration at the Ocean Riviera Paradise Resort in Playa Del Carmen and stunning isn’t even an adequate word to describe how truly immaculate this day was! Surrounded by the love of their closest friends and family they promised their forevers and it was honour to capture their story ♥️

Oh ya know just two of my favourite people 🥰 Weston is just the sweetest little boy and he is busy, busy, busy! Wanna know a pro tip when getting family photos done? Just breathe! Go with the flow and have fun with your littles, I like to call my family sessions, child led sessions. Kids have a knack of doing exactly what you don’t want them to do when they feel pressure! So starting a session by forcing them to sit and smile will only result in cranky kids and stressed parents, no one wants that! Instead we will do what kids do best and play 😊 I come prepared with all sorts of games, endless energy and an attitude of fun! Don’t worry though once the kids are all warmed up we will sneak in a few “everyone smile” photos and the best part is after all that fun they will be genuine smiles ♥️

Sometimes a shot lines up so perfectly, I scream internally (often externally too lol), I’m just so taken by the beauty of this job and creating in the midst of a chaotic wedding day, magic ✨
Freda is one of those people that just excudes kindness, she was such a joy to photograph! It was the best day yesterday with her and Emile at the cutest little venue in Bragg Creek, dancing the night way and roasting smores with their wedding favours, custom roasting sticks with their wedding date! How freaking cute is that! All in all it was the most wonderful fall wedding and I couldn’t be more happy for the the 2 of them!

I know winter isn’t always everyone’s favourite but it’s gonna be here whether we like it or not so why not make it fun!
This day was so wonderful touring around Lake Louise and enjoying the winter activities, my golden rule for timeless photos is the memories behind them and this is the perfect example!

I met this cute little family while shooting an elopement and we became fast friends!
They then invited me to shoot their helicopter elopement (which was absolutely epic 🙌) and I then had the privilege of meeting their daughter ♥️
This is definitely one of my favourite parts of the job being welcomed back time and time again to capture your moments, it truly is an honour to be included in your life stories!

Speaking of secret garden locations the was the most beautiful location for these two beautiful souls wedding day!
Nestled in the backroads by Nanton the Coutts Centre filled with quaint little buildings for getting ready, acres of stunning flower beds and the stunning tree lined aisle is a dream come true for intimate celebrations!
This sweet day was filled to the brim with love and the most thoughtful details made by their family and friends, it was such an honour to be there to capture it! I wish you both nothing but happiness ♥️

Kevyn’s white jump suit has to be hands down one of my favourite things! Paired with the coolest blue soled boots, I love how she was uniquely herself!
This beautiful day was celebrated in their backyard in a barn Hayden refinished himself, all the love and time that was carefully put into every detail from the hand carved arch to the fresh caught salmon was evidence of the love felt for all their closest friends and family who flew in to celebrate their beautiful love story! It was an honour to capture such a special day for two wonderful souls ♥️

How is this precious little man already 6 months old 😭 Watching you become a mother Callie has been the most incredible thing, you have faced the challenges parenting brings with grace and I am so lucky to call you my best friend! I know the loyalty, love and kindness you pour into everyone around you will be the stepping stones Toryn follows through out his life and we are all truly blessed with your presence in our lives ♥️
