Meet Kiirsten + Jason, a couple of outdoor enthusiasts! They planned an outdoor adventure themed, after the wedding party, at the amazing Grand Pointe Park, in Grand Pointe Manitoba! It helps to listen to your clients story. What are they passionate about?! This bride was a music teacher. The oragami flowers were made out of sheet music, as well as the backing to the table numbers. Incorporating that passion into the design is such a beautiful way to add to the memory of the day, for clients and guests alike.

Meet the faces behind Cedar Lily. We are a husband and wife team. We discovered our passion for wood crafting and decorating events starting with our first wedding back in 2018. We have been entrusted to execute eight weddings to date and numerous smaller scaled events.
Because we have children at home, we are careful to select events to keep us busy but not too busy that it takes away from our time together.

My mother in law has a word that she carries close to her heart. That word is Cherish. Its a beautiful word whos definition is this;

1: to hold dear : feel or show affection for cherished her friends. b : to keep or cultivate with care and affection : nurture cherishes his marriage. 2 : to entertain or harbor in the mind deeply and resolutely still cherishes that memory.

Do you feel cherished? Do I cherish others?..
Start today by taking this word as your own and work on Cherishing eachother. The more time you put in the more people will reflect that back to you. Your relationships will thank you for it. We need to start living by this standard. Living life Cherished.

The decision to convert their garage into a wedding venue, was not one easily made. In the end Eric and Adrienne decided it would be best after restrictions tightened once again. I truly admired the resilience and understanding these two had. That is a great start to any marriage!

This lovely bride was our first. Chicken Chef turned wedding venue for the win! That meant draping and lots of it. We learned a lot since then but are so happy for humble beginings. Here's to you Hannah for giving your yes to a friend who knew nothing about what she was getting herself into. 💗

They are so good to capture those freeing moments.. To be seen is to be loved. That extends far beyond a photos capabilities. Get out there and love on someone!
