If you take good care of it, use it daily and put in the right fuel, it will last long. However, if you just leave it in your garage or put in the wrong fuel, then expect its reduced performance or perhaps it'll stop working for good.

So, if you continue to eat junk food and have less activity, you'll eventually face the consequences.

โœจ It's never too late to start investing in YOU by eating healthily and moving your body. You'll soon reap the rewards of choosing to take care of yourself.

Remember, the food you eat and how you take care of your body directly impacts you, the people around you, and the environment either in a good or bad way.

In today's modern world, there are always new diet trends being shared online or on social media, making it almost impossible to really decide on what to eat and not eat.๐Ÿ™„๐Ÿคฆโ€โ™€๏ธ

And these contemporary diets promise to shred off excess weight and improve health, however most of them fail to do so since they're not sustainable and have harmful side effects.
