Join Our Team at The Lady Bug Studio!
Part time team member, $17-19/hr

The Lady Bug Studio, a full-service florist and home & garden gift shop in Olds, has been delighting customers for over 20 years. We’re known for high-quality products and exceptional service, and we’re growing to better serve our community.

We’re looking for a part-time team member who shares our love for beauty, community, and a welcoming atmosphere. If you enjoy helping others, learning new skills, and working in a friendly, low-stress environment (with plants to talk to!), this might be the perfect opportunity for you!

This position is for you if you:
· Love people and are a great communicator.
· Can figure out what a customer needs—even if they’re not sure themselves.
· Are detail-oriented and take full responsibility for tasks, seeing them through to completion.
· Are committed to excellence in everything you do.
· BONUS: you are tech savvy and can support and enhance our online presence

Your Responsibilities:
· Assist customers in finding the perfect gifts and accessories.
· Communicate customer requests to the team and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
· Support light merchandising, plant care, floral preparation, and seasonal property maintenance.
· Perform light cleaning and upkeep to keep our shop welcoming and beautiful.

We offer:
· Flexible part-time hours with potential for growth.
· A relaxed, friendly environment.
· Opportunities to learn new skills.
· Plants to talk to and occasional pet visits.
