Dear Food,
One of the BEST experiences you’ve given me as a private Chef, is when clients turn to friends, and treat you like family!
I’ve had the privilege to grow & matured up with their kids too. You allowed me to cater the wedding watch them become mothers & fathers too. Those grandkids running around now, and marvel at the new foods/techniques from across the kitchen’s island…

When I ask “What you guys wanna eat?”

Indoor plant season commence so decided to try my guys a dose of from the homie Jocelyn!

She and her team run a worm compost farm in the area, they take all the food scraps (hopefully not much food left on the plates 😫😅) from food truck and let the worms do their thing- containers, cutlery and all!

Worm manure the goes onto farm soil & the gardens, into the quality hops, into the .beer brewing process, turns into busy food truck & back into the compost again.
Pretty freakin’ cool!!

Thanks Phil, Gail and Jocelyn for teaching me the importance and including me in the supply chain.

She also retails some 700g bags onsite at the farm stands. Everyone, get a bag of soil booster!
