Stretching our legs as we prepare for the outdoor season ahead. We very much look fwd to year 5 of our summer residency with our dearest collaborators and finest of folk .beer!

We brought home a gold medal is the dessert category yet again!

We are always (all ways) in the spirit of community, and I’m happy to be back building with some great chefs and personalities.
This annual event is for Sickle Cell Awareness- a tricky little bu**er that’s affected my community and immediate family.

My Pops as my gracious teammate again this year! He has battled bouts with this disorder and last year he stole the show with some ol man ‘rizz’😅.
Should be a swell time!

Escovitch- A Jamaican dish of Spanish origins. Consisting of sometimes poached, but most often fried fish covered with a spicy, herbaceous, vegetable infused pickling sauce.

Spanish calling escabeche, South American countries say ceviche, Hawaiian remixed to poke & Philippine menus reference kinilaw…

Days like today when religion can divide the ppl, I marvel at how food reminds me we have more in common.
