Hey everyone please take the time and read this. The world needs more kindness. Our gym along with others are raising money for a great cause. POLICE MEMORIAL FOUNDATION FUNDRAISER
CFO will be hosting a fundraiser event for the Police Memorial Foundation on Sunday, April 2, 2023! It will run from 7am to 7pm.
For those participating, there will be a HERO workout every 2 hours for 12 hours. Hero workouts are named after and dedicated to a fallen soldier or first responder.

The fundraiser will run for 12 hours to represent a regular shift that police officers complete every day.
Coach Shawn will be completing this event wearing a 20 pound vest for the entirety of the fundraiser to signify the weight the police officers carry for the duration of their shifts. All those participating in the workouts, if able, are encouraged to wear a vest as well!
CFO will also be hosting raffles and a 50/50 draw! There will be food and drinks, and we are working on vendors as well. More updates to come!!

Please share this with anyone you know who would be interested! Whether you’re coming out to workout or show support, we’re excited to see you there!!

It has been an amazing year so far for us! We are so thankful for the many meals we have been blessed to provide. We are thankful as well to welcome a new little mouth to feed of our own.

After the last couple of crazy years, we reflect and take in the journey
SUL IRMAOS has endured. Going from brick and mortar, to a food truck, to moving to Orangeville, we loved every step of the way. We love what we do. We love the community that we serve.

As we look forward, we take a more focused direction in providing catering services and holding back our takeout service. As of December 1st (until further notice), we will no longer be doing daily takeout orders. We will continue to be available to take on catering of all kinds (corporate, weddings, BBQs, birthdays, communions and more). We do this for a number of reasons...high volume of catering, staffing shortage, food industry pricing, but more importantly, we do this for time. To have more time with our growing family, to spend time making memories that will always be cherished.

We thank you for your continued support and understanding.

WHAT
AN AMAZING SUMMER!

We are so happy that we were able to be part of your gatherings and celebrations big and small! From birthdays to corporate lunches, weddings, baptisms and communions, backyard parties and festival events, we have done it all!​

As we have become busier with our catering services, we have also been struggling with staffing. At times we need to close to walk-ins to keep up with catering pre-orders and events. We have also cut down our operation hours during the week.

For this we thank you for your patience and understanding.
