Now Booking for the 2025 and 2026 Seasons! 🙂

We have 20x40 tents available for rent for the 2025/2026 seasons! Set up and take down is included within 10 km of Fredericton in our pricing. We can accommodate for those who live outside of this area, but a travel fee would be added.

Sidewalls/lights can be added for additional fees. We also have tables, chairs, table clothes, chaffing dishes, audio equipment and more available for rent.

Prices based on a 1 day rental, however we usually come the day before the event to set up and pick up the day after at no extra cost. Regardless of the situation we are flexible!

A 25% deposit is required to book! Please send us a message if you have questions or if you would like to receive a free price quote!

Job Title: Event Setup Manager

Location: Greater Fredericton Area (Primarily Oromocto, extending up to 100km from our store location)

Job Type: Part-Time, Seasonal (May - November)

Hours: 0 to 25 hours per week (hours may vary and are not guaranteed weekly)

Wage: Competitive (disclosed during the application process)

About Us:
Irvine and Co. Event Rentals is a growing event rental business specializing in providing high-quality tents, tables, and chairs for a variety of events. Our busiest season runs from May to November, and we’re looking for a reliable Event Setup Manager who is interested in picking up some extra pay without committing to a full-time job.

Job Overview:
As the Event Setup Manager, you will take the lead in setting up and taking down event equipment, including tents, tables, and chairs. While you’ll get help from others when needed, you'll be the main person responsible for ensuring that everything is done efficiently and meets our high standards. This role is ideal for someone who is physically active and enjoys hands-on work. The job primarily takes place in Oromocto but will involve travel up to an hour away from Oromocto.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the setup and takedown of event equipment, ensuring all tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to the satisfaction of our clients.
- Manage loading and unloading of equipment, ensuring proper handling and transportation.
- Coordinate with team members when additional help is required for larger setups.
- Provide excellent customer service, acting as the primary point of contact on-site and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Maintain and inspect equipment, reporting any issues or damages to management.

Qualifications:
- Physically active and capable of lifting and carrying heavy items, as well as performing other physically demanding tasks.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Availability to work set hours, including evenings and weekends, depending on business needs.
- A valid driver’s license is required as well as the ability to drive with a trailer.
- Having a vehicle capable of towing a trailer with event equipment (up to 3,500 pounds) would be considered an asset but is not mandatory.

Super excited to announce that we have partnered with the Fredericton Capital Exhibit Centre and are now their exclusive tent provider for the 2024 season! If you went to Ribfest a couple weeks ago, then you might have hid from the rain under 1 of our 2 20x40 tents we had set up for the weekend! 😎

Today Was Delivery Day!! 🥳

Lots of excitement in the air today as we unloaded a transport truck with over 300 chairs and 45 tables that will soon be ready to rent from our Oromocto Location!👌
