These dishes would hail from central Italy. Arborio Rice stuffed tomatoes, Pan Roasted Chicken with Peppers and wine, and a warm softened green salad using Escarole lettuce, black olives and chile flakes. They all worked quite nicely together, but maybe not the salad as much.

Wonderful providing the culinary for this lovely couple in celebrating their recent marriage with friends. They created an awesome menu, from the peanut-chicken satays, shrimp cocos tail , Caesar salad, awesome roasted tomato soup, beef Wellington with a fabulous Demi-glacé sauce, and finished with a classic crepe filled with warmed and sliced apples. This year when you’re making squash or pumpkin soup, try grilling instead of traditional roasting. Olive oil, 425, and turn them over a couple times. Only takes 25 min, and a fabulous flavour boost to your soup. The black char easily scrapes off.

Great story. I met Ricardo today who actually makes this fantastic Argentinian chimichurri sauce, and folks, it’s the real deal. Check ingredients pic. Marinated the chicken 2 hrs and it was succulent. I never buy pre-made sauce, but this one’s a winner, so please check out mamaschimichurri.com and order. You can use so many ways, meats, marinade, veggies.
