They say that love is in the “stars”! Tracey and Ken are a true example of this! They celebrated an intimate wedding reception graced with fine hors d’ouevres, champagne, an exquisite 3 course dinner and creme brûlée! These two dedicated “trekkies” had a decadent wedding cake that was decorated as the night sky. Their topper (while tying in Star Wars), gave a cosmic message of love, “May the force be with you!” And may all of life’s beautiful forces be with Tracey and Ken now and forever!

Beautiful flowers and foliage brought Bill and Raquel’s whimsical garden wedding to life! Guests were charmed with an endless appetizer station, 5 course meal, sweet table and a decadent chocolate fountain! They also requested a customized rendition of the Billy Madison song, “Billy passed the 3rd Grade”, from Gino, who is the original singer in the movie. “Bill and Elle got married today, Oh what a glorious day...”
We wish this delightful couple all the very best in their new life together!

Tessa and Matthew’s dreamy wedding included a live artist and a pianist. Two kinds of wedding cake were provided for the reception and as a take home favour. A fun and carnival-inspired evening included every flavour of taffy imaginable, pink, blue and yellow cotton candy, popcorn and a late night food truck! We wish this fun loving couple all the best of wishes!

Junior Golf Camp Week 4 went out with a bang!
Congratulations to the following tournament finalists:

Champion: Henryk S. with an incredible score of 38!
Our new Golf Plinko Game was unveiled for the Focus challenge! Campers were taught how to cultivate imagery on the green, honesty (scoring) in golf , and thinking of a “happy place” when trying to achieve a hole in one! We also introduced how humour can be found in the sport of golf.

Week 3 of Junior Golf Camp continues to flourish through character building, golf skills reinforcement and the affirmation, “I believe in ME!”Congratulations to Auzzie W. who won the 9 hole tournament with an amazing score of 38 and to first runner up Aiden D. (42) and second runner up Henryk S. (43).
The 4 R’s of emotional control (Relax/Replay/Ready/Redo) were introduced and aiming for teamwork through a “golf-inspired” obstacle course was accomplished! All campers were given neon bracelet/necklace and “double lollies” pop for completing the challenge in full and for showing sportsmanship!

Junior Golf Camp’s Week #2 went out with a bang! Congratulations to Isabel B. who won the 9 hole tournament with an amazing score of 36 and to Joshua E. as Runner Up with another amazing score of 38!
While building character skills was the constant, campers learned proper grip & club handling, golf game travelling tips from hole to hole, chipping, driving & movement skills, the effects of putting and matching machinery to where it’s used on the course (during the maintenance barn tour)! !

Chapter 1 of our Junior Golf Camp officially began last week! Congratulations to James D. who won the 9 hole tournament with an amazing score of 40 and to Bennett F. as Runner Up with another amazing score of 41!
Various challenges centering around focus, perseverance and core skills kept our campers fully engaged!
As Tiger Woods said, “99% of what you need to succeed in golf are skills!”. So here’s our testament to Tiger’s philosophy as we list our “champs in the making” who helped make our camp the best and truly one of a kind:

We’ve introduced a new award, presented daily, that is called, “The Harmony Spirit Award”. The purpose of this award is to ensure our campers are building character! The Golf Pros and their assistants are constantly watching who’s the example of sportsmanship, respect, participation, etiquette and attitude! The recipients of the Harmony Spirit Award were:
Alex S., Emmaline S., Nora N., Will C., Nicholas H., Mr. S. as our chaperone, & Nolan S.
Harmony Campers were invited to a tour by the Greens Staff where they learned about different equipment used in maintaining the golf course! Also, a science lesson was given about the importance of soil, seeds and watering!
This dynamic group of campers were introduced to divot repairs, stretch program prior to practice/play, grip tips on how to hold clubs, and mastering their stance and angle!
