The Oshawa Golf & Curling Club is a private, family oriented club created specifically for the enjoyment of its members and guests. Consisting of a championship Stanley Thompson designed 18 hole golf course, a six sheet curling rink, full service restaurant and banquet facilities. The golf course is situated in a serene park-like setting, many holes are shaped by towering, mature trees while the s

cenic Oshawa Creek meanders through the property. Our six sheet curling facility has state of the art refrigeration equipment, and we are very proud of our extremely active and creative curling membership. With the combination of a fantastic golf course, exceptional curling facilities, dining, meeting and banquet options, the Oshawa Golf & Curling Club provides extensive services and activities for its members. TAKE NOTICE that The Oshawa Golf Club Limited (the “Club”) is seeking to update its records regarding the contact information of any holders of Class A shares in the capital of the Club.

Individuals may have received Class A shares in connection with a share reorganization of the Club in 1957, or as a former Member of the Club.

Due to the passage of time, and possible transfers of the Class A shares, the Club is not in a position to confirm the accuracy of any information that it has relating to the Class A shareholders. Accordingly, the Club requests that any individual who is, or believes that they are a Class A shareholder of the Club provide evidence of such ownership and contact details (including an e-mail address) on or before October 31, 2024 to:
