Fun-Days is looking forward to being a part of The Ottawa Kennel Club's Dog Show coming this weekend. So many events to enjoy all at the Richmond Fair Grounds from May 24 to May 26! Hope to see you there!!

What treasures are you bringing on Friday???

🖐 Do you have show clothes, crates, grooming or training equipment or any other dog-related items that you no longer use? Why not join OKC for their first ‘Cash Only Consignment Table’, onsite at our May Show Weekend?

An OKC Member will be on hand to accept items for resale* on Friday of the show at the OKC set-up. Exhibitors and visitors to the show will have the opportunity to buy consignment items throughout the Saturday and Sunday of the show weekend. If your item sells, you come pick up the cash at the end of the weekend. A 20 % consignment fee will be retained by OKC in exchange for selling any items on your behalf. All proceeds go towards supporting the many events that the OKC organizes during the year.

*Conditions for resale:
● Items must be in new or very good condition
● OKC reserves the right to refuse items which are not deemed to be in new/very
good condition for resale
● Items to be sold, should be labelled with the desired price, when being dropped
off
● Aside from show clothing, only dog-related items will be accepted
● Sale price is the final price. No bartering will take place
● 20 % selling fee on each item will be retained by OKC
● Any unsold items, must be picked-up at the end of the show weekend
● Any items left behind after BIS on Sunday, will be considered ‘donated’ to OKC.
The Consignment booth will also be supporting the OKC Junior Club by selling items on their behalf. All of the proceeds will go towards supporting the OKC Junior Kennel Club.

The Canadian Veteran Service Dog Unit will be onsite all weekend with us. They will be running an information table and will be selling promotional items. Check them out while you attend the show!

CVSDU exists to train and provide service dogs to Canadian veterans and first responders suffering from Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).
