You know, We were born a woman. Light and carefree! and it's so beautiful. beautiful hair, smell, makeup, our ability to flirt and care and give life. Do we have to be the same? Do we have to be perfect? I think not.

Our "wooden" body is the result of compression and a pile of unlived emotions. As soon as we start moving to meet ourselves, we start dancing as it turns out, not perfectly, then gradually the body becomes softer, more comfortable and sensual. So yes, YOU CAN!!

Through dance we can live our emotions and not let them get stuck in our body! Relax, rest and take new clean energy.

Now I am in the process of opening new groups Fitness, Stretching and High Heels and this is a new stage for me. Although we have been in business for more than 6 years, but this is a different area.

And you know, I noticed that reaching a new level is always accompanied by such a state as: unclear, scary, a lot of unnecessary thoughts.

And every time I stop myself and say "Just do it, you will get at least some result and you will continue to do better!". And now it is.

Dependence on states. Probably one of the scariest things ever. Why? Because you live the same situation over and over again, in different interpretations, it upsets you, tires you. But you can't do anything. Because there is a dependence on the emotion that you will feel in the body as a result.

And who creates these situations? Of course we ourselves. Unconsciously making the choice over and over again in the same place to feed yourself.

So strange))) and stupid))) if someone suddenly asked the question “what is the way out?” - psychologist.

There are clothes in which we feel uncomfortable. I used to have such clothes as flirty dresses. And recently heard the phrase "if you feel uncomfortable in some clothes, it means that you do not know how to live in this state"
It was right about me. It was… but not now.

There was a time when I didn't know what I wanted to do in my life, how I could be useful. Yes, I danced before for 13 years, but maybe it’s not my way. And on the physical level, this was reflected - my knee started to hurt, so I couldn't dance.

I came to Canada half year ago and decided to start training again.

And now I don't feel pain in my knee no matter how much I dance.

I can wear a flirty dress and I feel myself comfortable.

I feel myself confident and safe.

So, I am where I should be.
