At Chef Ric's, we're proud to celebrate the diverse flavors and stories of Black Canadian cuisine. Throughout the month, we'll be sharing recipes created by current and former Food Services Training Program(FSTP) students highlighting Black chefs, and showcasing the unique ingredients and traditions that make our food so special.

Chef Brett, an instructor at the Algonquin Culinary program and President of the Ottawa Chapter of the Culinary Federation, shared his expertise on creating and plating Gnocchi, Glazed Squash,and Butternut puree.

The FSTP is more than just a culinary program; it's a launchpad for careers! 🎓 From bustling kitchens to innovative restaurants, our alumni are showcasing their skills and turning their passion for food into successful careers.

The FSTP provides:
Hands-on training: Equipping graduates with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in today's competitive culinary world.

Their hard work, dedication, and passion has truly shone through. We're incredibly proud of each and every one of the students and the bright future that awaits.
