Bianco DiNapoli Tomatoes are organically-grown and harvested in Northern California. Long summer days and fertile soil produce these very unique & delicious tomatoes. Within hours of harvest, these plum- shaped tomatoes are washed, steam-peeled and hand selected at the cannery. Each can of the original whole-peeled is packed with a touch of sea salt, organic basil then topped in its own juices. We hope you enjoy them as much as we do!

Monnalisa/ Marmorizato al tartufo!!

An aged pecorino with intense black truffle flavor. This pecorino comes from Tuscany, and it is aged up to 3 months and then the truffle is injected into the cheese for further ageing. The process gives this unique cheese a beautiful marbled effect, adding an appetizing look to this wonderful and delicious cheese. The flavor is intense but with sweet notes and a buttery finish.

Moro Sottocenere with Truffle from northern Italy!!
This original creation from Sergio Moro is no average semisoft cow’s milk cheese. This cheese is produced with two different kinds of milking, the rich morning and the evening milk. A judicious amount of black truffles are added into the paste of the cheese, which is then aged in oak ashes blended with nutmeg, cloves, coriander, cinnamon, licorice, anise, fennel and truffle to preserve it, as per Venetian farmers’ tradition. Aged for 4-5 months, an elegant truffle cheese
emerges from the ashes - smooth, silky and irresistable.
