Over 200 beautiful Queens sat on a throne, surrounded by balloons and flowers and had a chance to get their pictures taken in the heart of downtown Ottawa!
And I made that possible! At times, the lines were long, and it was a little like doing crowd control. But amid all the chaos, I heard every single compliment, every single thank you! 🥹
The idea for this shoot came to me as I was trying to set up a mini shoot for both my sisters, who were both celebrating their 1st Mother’s Day this year. But then I thought to myself, why not open this up to the public? Make it a memorable experience, let moms get some pretty pictures taken, and when the amazing Nagad from @visualescapes.co jumped on board, everything just came together! She even went above and beyond and made single stem rose bouquets for all our pre-registered moms! I want to thank her for her kindness, generosity, and ability to stay calm under pressure! 😅
@viedesign.co provided the the Giant Letters for the MOM Vinyls for the backdrop, complimentary too since this event was going to be a gift to Ottawa moms! Thank you!
Shout out to the people who made it a point to come up to me and thank me, to the moms who messaged me after to say what an amazing job we did, to all the people who followed our businesses and supported us, to the two gentleman who couldn’t believe this was free and their wives were getting beautiful pics taken in a beautiful location with a beautiful backdrop! They both kindly handed us a tip and next weekend, coffee for Nagad and myself are on them 😁
I’ll share a behind-the-scenes soon, and only then you’ll know how crucial my daughter and husband were to this. The did the mostest to help me maintain order and prevent things from falling over or flying away 😅
