Dear Black Rabbit Attendees & Contributors,

I'm filled with immense gratitude and appreciation for our shared experience of music, art, dance, and community last weekend at Black Rabbit Campout. (I have more to say but can’t fit it under 2,200 characters! lol)

I wanted to first express gratitude to the Algonquin/Anishinaabe people, who are the traditional guardians of the land on which we gathered last weekend. We acknowledge their longstanding relationship with this traditional and unceded territory

Thanks to Dems & Doll and Camo Sessions for incredible stage design and construction for BOTH stages, and for curating the RabbitHole lineup. So grateful for Bobby B Productions, who elevated every performance with their impeccable sound and fantastic lighting design. Spacecamp crew brought whimsy and fun with their Hobby Horse competition and stellar vibes during the Sunday Hilltop takeover. Thanks to the Sairyo team for providing promotional support and tech expertise.

So much gratitude and appreciation for our management team: Miranda, your patience and support with Planning Management meant the world to me; Amanda, your Volunteer and Operational management was invaluable, Dave working as Logistics Manager, we couldn’t have done it without you; White Rabbit Managing Partners Jenkins and Brink, your partnership and help in taking on all tasks was essential. Jenn, thanks for 20 years as our Door Ninja!

Thanks to Workshop Providers for sharing knowledge, vendors for unique creations, Chef LeRoy, Ashley and family for feeding us and keeping us caffeinated, Hans for the Delicious Tacos and security coordination. Thanks to the Security Team who kept us safe, and Drew and the volunteer team (Ghislain, Jason, Gareth, Trevor, and 40+ others) who kept the event running smoothly. To our DJs, thanks for bringing your A-game. And to every Rabbit, thanks for bringing your positive vibes, community spirit, and respect for the land.

We're grateful for your contributions and look forward to a bigger and better Black Rabbit Campout next year. Watch for a special discount code for 2026! Thank you again to each and every one of you.
