After every event I like to send my clients and email a couple of days later thanking them for their business and for making me part of their special day and asking for feedback. Unprompted, my Friday clients from sent me this 10 hours after their event was done:

"Hey John
I just want to say a huge thank you!
You helped make our day extra special."

Another big week coming up. For now, we rest. And watch football!
