Welcome to all our new page members!! It’s finally bouncy castle season!

Make sure you book early to avoid disappointment. We have 2 styles to choose from and three total bounce houses but we start to book up as soon as the nice weather hits, so contact me now to arrange your dates!

Full refund upon cancellation until Wednesday 11:59pm on the week of your rental.

Didn’t cancel in time? Don’t worry, you can exchange your week up until the day of your rental at no additional cost!

Rent a residential-style bounce house for only $80 for the weekend Friday 7pm to Sunday 7pm or $60 for one day (plus $50 refundable security deposit). Pickup and drop-off in Orleans, blower and yard pegs included. Book your spot now so you don’t miss out! Summer books up very fast and far in advance so don’t forget to place your order now. Two models to choose from (shaded top or open top, both with slides).

We wanted to take this time to thank everyone for helping Bounce Away the Day have our best year yet! While we have a few rentals throughout the cooler months (indoors of course), our busy season has now come to an end and we are so grateful to all of our customers for choosing us for their bounce house needs.

We’ve been asked a few common questions. Here are the answers!

What happens if I need to change my dates?

We will try to accommodate any date changes you may need if we have availability. With two models available, we offer our customers some flexibility. Please inform us a minimum of 72 hours in advance (more time is better!) to see if we can change your booking date. If you let us know more than 72 hours in advance, we can either change your date or provide a full refund. If you inform us with less than 72 hours notice, you forfeit your security deposit but your $60 rental fee will be returned.

Can I choose my model?

Bounce Away the Day offers two models of bounce house: shady bounce and slide, and bounce and slide (open top). Unless otherwise specified you were assigned a model at booking time based on availability. If you have a preference, please let us know and if we have the availability we will assign you to your requested model.

What happens if it rains?

No one can control the weather 🤷🏻‍♀️. If it is scheduled to rain on both weekend dates of your reservation and you’d like to change dates, we will do what we can to accommodate (see “What happens if I need to change my dates?” above). Please ensure you give us minimum 72 hours notice or you will forfeit your security deposit. The bounce house can be (and has been) used indoors if you have the space.

How do I reserve my date?

Send your full transfer ($40 security deposit and $60 rental fee) to [email protected]. Once received, we will confirm your date and it will be reserved for you. Please specify model at time of order if you have a preference. Once you return the bounce house in the same condition you picked it up (clean, good working order) your security deposit will be refunded.
