I have been in the restaurant industry and working with food for over 15 years. I graduated from Algonquin's 2 year Culinary program with honors in 2008. I won 3rd place out of approximately 700 people in the First ever KEG Grill Masters Cooking Competition in May 2015 in US/Canada. I've worked in a variety of Restaurants and cafes all over Ottawa gaining lots of experience in cooking different cuisines. I also took a 6 month trip to Asia where I enjoyed learning about their different cuisines and loved taking part in numerous cooking classes over several countries.
