🍁 SOUND UP 🍁 Ever wanted to hear what syrup coming out of the evaporator sounds like? This week while Claude was boiling the first batch of sap down to syrup, we were able to catch a video of him draining the syrup into our first filter and collection bucket! Did you know all of our maple syrup gets filtered up to three times before heading to the bottling process? That means by the time the sap moves from tree to bottle to the shelf, we’ve moved the product around 7 times! Not only does it take lots of sap to boil down to syrup, but also takes a lot of man hours to move it the old fashioned way! 🥞 Looking for plans or ideas for the upcoming March Break? Here at Stanley's we specialize in customization. By offering each of our couple the freedom to personalize practically every detail of their special day - Tables & Chairs, Linens & Decor, Menu & Dishware, DJ & Officiant, Ceremony Site & Specialty Services - we can create a one of a kind package that reflects their own unique tastes, style & personality. For that reason we don't have predetermined packages or an a la carte price list. Instead we work with the couple during a one on one private consultation to get a feel for the style of event they are hoping to create and the menu, venue and services that best suit their theme and budget. With 3 different venues on site, over a half dozen outdoor ceremony sites, and a variety of specialty services (bonfires, horse-drawn carriages, wagons & sleighs, fireworks, decor services, candy buffets, photo lift for group shots, shuttle services, specialty lighting & AV etc) Stanley's Olde Maple Lane can help you plan "Your Wedding Your Way" .
