Just got back from a venue visit. Though we have already provided services here, the amount of work they have put into this stunning place in the last year is insane! Absolutely beautiful grounds, amazing owners, and a great east end venue we are excited to partner with. All chairs, tables, supplied decor, arches, and much much more is included in the rental price! They have made a large area for catering/prep and built a bar inside the silo. Very unique and never seen anything like it. Cocktail hour can be outside, a second bar set up, everything you need for a venue. Go and give them a follow!

We're seeking friendly, outgoing, and positive individuals to join our team at Ottawa Mobile Bartenders! As a bartender or barback with us, you'll have the chance to work at exciting events, primarily weddings, and choose your own shifts (with a minimum commitment of 2 shifts per month). Pay $20/hr plus gratuities

*Requirements:*

- Updated Smart Serve Certificate (mandatory)
- Reliable means of transportation
- Ability to work long shifts (mostly weddings)
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
-Works well with others
-Minimum 5 years experience bartending (for bartender position)

LCBO has officially gone on strike as of 12:01 am this morning.

LCBO will be closed for 14 days for in store shopping.
After the 14-day strike, only 30 retail stores will open for in person shopping out of the thousands of stores across Ontario for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday ONLY. (Locations to be announced in the coming days).

You may still order online. When shopping online, the following product limits apply: Spirits: Two (2) units per product; Wine: 12 units per product; Beer, Cider and Ready-to-Drink: 12 units per product.

If you are providing alcohol for your event/wedding, reach out to your bar service or coordinators for more information.

If you have a Special Occasions Permit, you may still purchase from your local distilleries, breweries, and Beer Store, which are not affected. A great way to support local!

We went ahead and contacted all of our affected couples and clients prior to the strike to ensure they purchased all of their products beforehand 😊 One of the perks of hiring a bar service for your event!
