We are beyond thrilled to partner with @apivert.ca and have one of their Atria beekeeping houses right here at Le Vignoble de Chelsea! The bees are hard at work on our property, and their delicious honey is a sweet reminder of the harmony between nature and our vineyard. 🍯
Going forward, all of our recipes by My Catering Group that use honey will exclusively feature honey sourced from our very own property through our partnership with Apivert. From simple bar syrups to delicious desserts, every sweet note will come from this sustainable source.
